Very thorough

Very thorough and easy to navigate I absolutely love that the first AI part was free and it gives you a detailed report after your AI doctor consultation and then gives you the option to take that to your own doctor or to pay the fee to get in touch with the doctors there that is amazing you don't have to buy anything to get the report first this is a very very good website very happy with the results

I have found Doctronic to be extremely…

I have found Doctronic to be extremely helpful. I’ve tried other diagnostic tools and they are not nearly as helpful. I love that. It provides a review to share with my doctor. I think it’s very thorough. It is my go-to diagnostic tool. Plus, it has a better bedside manner than any doctor I have ever met.

NATIONAL BOYCOTT THIS COMPANY

Dr. had no clue about treatment for my condition. Immediately said had to go to ER. Never asked a question. Consultation less than two minutes. Think I woke him up.
ER said it was nothing. Go home and wait for my vascular surgeons appointment.
AI was detailed. Physician was bothered I disturbed him. His charisma bypass was fully operational. Fire him! Keep the Bot!

Paid, Consult Never Happened- Refund Needed

Editing to give credit for good customer service on the technical side. I received a response to my refund request within an hour (it takes up to 5 days to process of course), but I never actually got to meet with a doctor, so my need wasn't met and now I'm probably stuck going to a hospital later tonight since urgent cares will be closed.

I answered the AI bot questions. It suggested a consult which is what I wanted. I paid, I went into the waiting room and waited so long my phone timed out which put me back at the end of the line. This happened three times and finally the link to join the meeting stopped working. So I paid and was never seen. I need a refund.

Great experience. Saw doctor within minutes.

Great experience! I was able to get an appointment and see the doctor within minutes. The doctor took his time answering my questions thoroughly. It didn't feel rushed like at the physical office where I go and no interruptions from other medical staff needing to talk with the doctor during my consultation. I also enjoyed the extra privacy I had talking with the doctor one-on-one at home. I would highly recommend using this site!
