The course is taught in easy-to-understand training lessons. The structure of the course makes it easy to follow so that by the end of the course you have a thorough understanding on how to be a good handler.

I really appreciated how everything was broken down step by step, which made it simple to stay consistent and see real progress. The staff and support were also very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. What stood out most was how practical and positive their approach is—it really focuses on building a strong bond with your dog while teaching important skills. If I could give no stars I would. Buyer beware! I purchased 3 one hour sessions and received one 3 hour service from an extremely unknowable trainer. My rescue dog is highly reactive and was look for some help with this matter. I am a 70 year old female that has trained many dogs and horses so I am far from stupid. This rescue had me stumped and that is why I reached out. The answer I received from the trainer was to walk him separately. Not the answer to the problem! I later reached out to the company and expressed my frustration. This person said she would reach out to higher ups to see if she could get me 3 one hour sessions, that was a month ago and still have heard nothing.
