Purchased a extra small dog crate, all images show that each crate has 2 doors, one at the front and one at the side. When it arrived it only had one door at the front. We missed the 6 words in the listing stating the extra small only has one door.
Contacted Doggie Solutions to be told that we as we didn’t see this these 6 words that we would have to pay return postage.
I feel that the description is misleading and isn’t clearly pointing out the extra small cage is different to the images shown.
I have no choice but to keep this cage as it would cost too much to return.
I personally feel I have been misled and not happy about the customer service response so wouldn’t recommend Doggie Solutions and won’t purchase from them again.

Trying to get a faulty dog spray collar repaired/replaced is an absolute nightmare. They sent the replacement to the wrong address. I now have to wait for it to be returned to them before they send it back out to me. Taking weeks to get sorted when it should just be a few days.

I was instructed to include a letter detailing the fault. This letter had my new address on it.

Would not recommend this company!

Update: still not got the collar back. They offered to refund the service cost (£40) but said they wouldn’t send me a collar if I accepted this. Very bizarre! The faulty collar was returned for a warranty repair as it was only a few weeks old.

Update 10/11/20: Still no collar or refund and they are ignoring my emails

Update 20/11/20: still no collar or refund. They are still blaming Hermes.

Update: have passed the issue to my credit card company as Doggie Solutions were not responding to my emails.

I ordered an engraved dog tag, which was dispatched that very afternoon. So quick! Really impressed by the quality, would definitely recommend.

This is the 4th cage I have bought from this site I bought my first for my American bulldog 2 and a half year ago its still going strong I bought anothers for family and friends and they love them I alway recommend doggie solutions to people wanting cages I won't buy them from anywhere else

Coolaroo Replacement Covers Grey, was great as my old one after more than ten year use of as a bed with my to old dogs need to be replace after hard well used bed.
Now my two new dog get to try it out and see if they will take to it as I just got replacement cover for them. Coolaroo great dog bed as they keep them cool and warm as well, take the weight off there body on hard floors.
Do recommend them for your dog.

Couldn’t have asked for a better service.

I chose the shortest tailgate lock for my Toyota Yaris. It was easy to fit the hook whilst the boot was fully open however it was virtually impossible to push the free end into the latch mechanism because the space was too narrow. The principle of these locks is brilliant but the smallest size certainly doesn’t work for my 5 door hatchback.
