I ordered Saxenda for the first time, everything went well, the second order at the beginning of June unfortunately the package arrived as in the first time, but unfortunately a bad surprise, the package arrived but without the pens and it was also sealed, I immediately tried to contact the customer service, unfortunately the telephone on the site does not work, not even the chat and so I had to send an email, they answered me after a few hours. They were courteous and told me (Ms. Thera) they had to check with the pharmacy what had happened, after a few days they told me the medication is not available but in mid-July it could be shipped again. However, on the site it is available again for purchases, and after other emails and calls, they still haven't told me or confirmed when I will receive the medication. It seems that seriousness have lost after we paid the bill...
