Domex is my first point of call when any appliance needs fixing. The booking system clearly shows availability and there is transparency from the beginning about pricing. The booking windows are kept to and there is clear communication on the day from the engineers, who are skilled and explain what is needed to remedy the situation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

I had a great experience with the engineer who came to repair my fridge today. He was extremely helpful, polite, and professional throughout the visit. He clearly explained all of my options, making sure I understood everything before any work was carried out.
He also offered to clean up after himself and take away any rubbish, which I really appreciated. His attention to detail and excellent customer service made the whole experience stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Thank you for such outstanding service!
