The worst humanitarian service I have…

The worst humanitarian service I have ever found. I will never recommend this service to anyone. I just got a bill of $112 and I told them I cannot afford it at this point, but they told me an updated amount of $80 plus tax and I thanked them

Have had Rogers for years and never had a good experience.

Have had Rogers for years and never had a good experience. Internet was always slow, horrible coverage with mobile, and awful cable packages, not to mention contracts that basically enslave you to Rogers for a few years. Recently found out we’ve been paying for a bundle that we’re not even experiencing because they have us the wrong modem. Customer service takes hours and never resolved anything. I do not recommend getting Rogers, in fact I recommend anything that isn’t Rogers. Don’t mean to be rude but after years of paying for this I’m completely fed up. I’m literally using data (from a koodo phone) to post this because my Rogers internet doesn’t work from more then 2 rooms away. Ridiculous.

Rogers 1GB/sec service goes flat out on…

Rogers 1GB/sec service goes flat out on an average every 30 minutes. Their servers simply cannot handle their HUGE customer base. And, they are just too cheap to buy a few more servers to make everyone happy. Of course, when you call them, they go through the "customer calming" bullsh*t, they even send out a technician to change your modem, but then when you throw the cake in their face, they admit they simply cannot handle their current customer base. I am just about to change from them to another supplier.

Rip-Off Rogers - Customer of over 13 years Disappointed and Frustrated with Rogers

As a customer of over 13 years with a business account and a personal account, I'm shocked how poorly I have been treated! What they told me when they signed me up for the newest plan I'm on and what they're saying now are completely different. I have been disrespected and accused of being lying about details that were discussed on the phone. On my 10 GB plan they are trying to gouge me for another $50 for an overage in data. I acted within the guidelines that were given to me and for that I'm being penalized. I will pay whatever fees they are extorting from me as well as any fees that I owe on accounts. I will be shopping for a new service provider. Totally shocked at how callous and unreasonable they are!! I tried dealing with this issue on the phone and neither agent nor supervisor accessed the recordings of our original conversations about the plan, conversations that are supposedly recorded for "our mutual protection." I spent over an hour yesterday and more time today trying to sort out the issue. Totally frustrated and annoyed at their betrayal!

Very bad customer service.

Very bad customer service.
Last Monday Mar 23 2020 I sign up with Rogers for a new service, and I was asking for a confirmation emal of what we discussed, they said, that I could have the email in a couple hours. The next day I had nothing, so I called Rogers again, they said I should wait 48 to 72 hours for a stupid email. On Thursday the sent me an Emal saying, (The technician will deliver your hub, but before he comes he will call you). The same email they sent even the next day on Friday. A that point i called again asking for the confirmation email of what we discussed on Monday Mar 23. and i need that email before Sunday because I have to cancel my service with Bell. She said: you only called yesterday, at this point i was saying Monday she was saying yesterday for 3 times, she asked me if I want cancel the service, I was so mad confirming to cancel the service. I don't understand was so easy to check out the date of my order # (K2307008) which i gave to her. Now Yesterday Monday Mar. 30 I received the hub with purolator courier which is too late because last Sunday I confirmed with Bell to maintain the service with them. But after a week still I didn't received the confirmation email. I always thought that rogers was a serious company, eventually has a real bad, bad, bad customer service. it' a shame

No one at Rogers can solve the problem that they created. Yay.

I am one person. For no reason, they put my cell bill and my home internet bill on two different accounts. No one could fix this problem because everyone who works at Rogers has one tiny lane that they can deal with. Nobody knows how to connect me with someone who can fix this problem that they created. I can't pay my home internet bill anymore because I cancelled my phone. I contacted payment and they are transferring me to billing... who haven't picked up yet. Like, I'm trying to pay my bill and they're making me wait. It's been over 20 minutes now. They have my credit card on file and auto payments were set up and used in the past. Each individual I talk to needs all information repeated. None of them have a solution other than to pass the buck onto someone else.

Horrible company

Horrible company.
If they can cheat you out of money, they will. They're golden at creating loops in their own words in order to be able to suck the most money and anger out of you.
I've been with them for over 15 years because of lack of other companies..and because of the difficulty it took to switch every time I tried. I am trying now, again, and I'm having A HORRIBLE experience cancelling my service and trying to leave them. I would advise the humans how value money to stay away from this untrustworthy poop company.

The worst company ever

The worst company ever , they give me a deal for one year however they kept charging me extra even thought I didn’t use extra data and when I called & asked about the deal. They said it was only for 10 month and I was not even informed. It’s very frustrating & they are not clear. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Worst Service of my life

Worst Service of my life! - Waited 1 week for a modem to be mailed and they didn't have the decency to call me and tell me they cancelled the order - (simply because I couldn't have a legacy phone line and an infinite internet set up). Called numerous times and asked for a manager - they simply put you on hold and transfer you around like a joke. Pathetic - don't waste your money or your time!

Very bad customer service and Rogers is not worth the price we pay and the way -Brian from Loyalty Department

Very bad customer service, agent completely insensitive in resolving my concern . At this moment where Covid -19 is overtaking each and every people work and family, the Customer service agent named Brian from loyalty department was completely useless, the least to say he did not empathize with my concern. He mentioned he would care less whether we are being lay off , money concern, overcharge, and says why whatever is going on I should pay for that overcharge.

Use to like this company

Use to like this company, however, realized they are bunch of lairs. After cancelling one of my phone lines. Next month, on my bill, I received another charge for this line. They refused to refund it, and it appears, they never cancelled my line. I even called back, few days after I cancelled my line, to make sure it's cancelled. Received conformation, that, indeed, its been cancelled.

Ignite TV and internet is AWFUL

I had cable internet and tv. When I had issues with my internet, I was told to switch to ignite and all my problems will be over and I would love it. After 1 day working great, since then I've had interruptions and freezing tv screens reminds of dial up. Even download internet pages fails a lot. Many calls and too many techs coming home in the era of COVID-19, not sure what service I'm paying for. The techs just follow an algorithm and have no clue what they are doing! The competition is such as Bell is also not the best. 2 or 3 companies monopolizing an essential service. What a joke!

Customer service agent “Geethika” Awesome

Customer service agent “Geethika” so professional, polite, observant and dedicated in problem resolving of the customer. Never had such exceptional service anytime ever in my entire life of talking to a 1800 service calls. She needs her efforts to be recognized honestly. There are issues arising in every carrier service but if its dealt in such a great way, why not stick to the same carrier service and at least be confident on deserving a better care. Thanks again Geethika have a great day.
