As per other reviews, I ordered suitcase that has not arrived and despite numerous emails no refund or replacement has been sent.
Complete sham!!

This company is a joke all they do is rip people off. My daughter ordered a suit case for her holiday. Suitcase never came they do reply back to your emails but only with excuses and a promise of a refund which never happens. I don’t understand how these companies are allowed to operate. Must be someone that can shut these fraud companies down. Don’t buy anything off this company. 🤬

This company should be closed down I placed an order for a suitcase in October 2022 and have had numerous replies ( after my prompting) but no goods sent .I have reported them to the trading standards and made my complaints ,I am out of pocket and do not expect to see either my money or my order !!!!!! DoNotUseThis Company For Anything Total Liars

DO NOT BUY -My order was never delivered despite email responses promising it was on its way.
I requested a refund which was agreed to but never given.
These people are liars and fraudsters

Awful company

I ordered a suitcase end of last year. I cancelled the order straight away as the shipping time was false and it wouldn't have arrived in time for my trip. They ignored the email I sent twice and went ahead and shipped the package. I never received the order. I complained quite a few times and was told my case was being investigated. I asked for a refund quite a few times which I didn't get. I have not heard from the company. Their communication is terrible. I never received my order or refund.

Same as everyone else. I ordered a suitcase and i was provided shipping details. When I checked the confirmation of delivery, it was to the wrong address, i sent them this proof. I have been emailing for months now and they keep fobbing me off. I HAVE NOW REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS. PLEASE EVERYONE DO THE SAME TO GET THEIR FRUADULENT BUSINESS CLOSED.

I ordered an item mid October and on the tracking it said it had been delivered twice, one to a post office and the other to a letterbox. I had not received delivery. I have been contacting them weekly since for a refund and keep getting fobbed off saying they are going to re-ship my item. Quite clear that after 2 months I will not be getting the item or a refund.

Ordered luggage which never arrived and never received money back. Definitely a scam. Shocking!!

Ordered 2 suitcases in August. They said had been delivered but they hadn't. It's now December and still no suitcases or refund.

Fake site, been trying to get a refund off them for over a month now. I would be better trying to pull hens teeth. Hopefully my bank will get me a refund

I placed an order of a large mirror of which was never received. I tracked this parcel from start to apparent finish. Parcel stated delivered through customer’s letterbox which for obvious reasons would not be possible due to the size which was 79inches x32inches. I emailed “downwardlab” to enquire what was happening to be informed it had been delivered, which it wasn’t. I’ve have just sent my 7th email as this has still not been refunded or item received. I get the feeling this is not a one off with this company and would like to avoid anyone else making the same mistake. My money has not been refunded or item received.

Couldn’t find any reviews about this website at my time of purchase but now I have found them I wish I could have seen these before purchasing. Ordered a mirror from them over 3 weeks ago, gave shipping and tracking, evri website showed tracking so I thought this would be legit, however when expanding for more accurate info from evri it needed my postcode and said that my post code was incorrect. Emailed downwardlab and they said they were working hard to help etc etc. Parcel has since been ‘delivered’ by evri but not to my address, I’ve taken this up with the seller and now get no response what so ever from them. I have now had to go via my bank to retrieve the funds as the contact number on their website doesn’t work. If someone could tell me how to report this scam website I’d appreciate it.

Ordered a play kitchen 1 month ago. Said it had been delivered but the postcode did not match.

Been emailing them for weeks asking for a refund and now they have blocked my email.

Do not order anything they take your money and block you

Exactly the same as the reviews contained below. Purchased a child’s play kitchen which they claimed was delivered. It was not. They helpfully send emails indicating that they are working hard to resolve the issue but clearly are not. The tracking number did not match. This website is a scam.

Complete scam. Feel really stupid for not checking here before ordering. If it’s too good to be true, it’s because it is!

Ordered a small suitcase.
They stated it was delivered.
As all the previous reviews also state, no item arrived!!!
They did answer a few emails. Now they are ignoring them. Trying to get my money back through my bank.
Its a complete scam. This site looks genuine BUT they are just thieving scum! This site needs to be removed. They are conning people with every purchase.

08/11/2022 I received a refund.
I didn't stop with my emailing. Kept on 2 or 3 times a week.
Money has cleared and back in my bank. Keep on for a refund, you could be lucky too.

Total scam, don't use.

Stated shipped then delivered to post box.
Could only contact via email
Last communication was 3/10/22

1000% Fraud you will not receive anything. I was lucky Barclays refunded me.
