Absolute total scammers

Absolute total scammers, today I have reported them to Trading Standards, ActionFraud Police and my bank. Thankfully my bank has given me a full refund.

100% FRAUDULENT WEBSITE

I wish I’d seen these reviews before parting with any payment. I ordered a laptop/work bag on wheels, 3 weeks later still no delivery. Tracking claimed it had been delivered but customer support would not respond to my request for evidence of where it had allegedly been delivered or to refund for the missing item. I realise now that it is a completely fake website and I, any clearly many others, have been victims of fraud.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE AND ALSO WARN YOUR FRIENDS/FAMILY/COLLEAGUES!

SCAM!!!

SCAM!!!

If I could give zero I would.
I wish I had checked the reviews prior to purchase. Looks like a completely legit site but it isn’t. Bought a suitcase at beginning of Oct, they said it was delivered on Oct 15th - it wasn’t. They aren’t responding to emails either. I’ve raised dispute with my bank and will hopefully get my money back.

Avoid at ALL costs!!

SCAM WEB SITE

As per other reviews this site is a total scam. Say they have delivered via Evri but when you check with Evri the postcode doesn't match the tracking number.
DO NOT USE THIS WEB SITE!

TOTAL FVCKING SCAM! I hope these people rot in hell.

TOTAL FVCKING SCAM!
Ordered a suitcase 6th of October and gave me false tracking numbers. When I checked just a few minutes ago and it said that it’s been delivered 20th of October despite the fact that nothing has arrived! or have been attempted to deliver! I have been at home waiting for it this week. I honestly don’t know where and how to get my money… I’m literally fuming.

SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS. Fake site. Only found out after purchasing a suitcase and waited for delivery. Tracking stated it was delivered, I checked post office, garden shed and neighbors and nothing. Contacted customer care and was given tracking number and told it was at post office. All lies, I then felt it strange that customer care stopped getting back to me so checked trustpilot and realised I had been scammed. Contacted credit card to put fraudulent case against charges taken from account. Absolutely disgusted and feel so stupid. Wish I checked here first but site and transaction was so convincing.

Downwardlab fraud scam

Those of you who have been scammed need to dispute the credit card transaction like I have. They should be able to coordinate with the police and the shipping company to catch these criminal fraudsters. By the way it becomes very obvious that it is a scam fraud as soon as you see that your card transaction is to a Hong Kong company and not a UK company. You cannot open a bank account in Hong Kong without an ID Card or passport so these criminal fraudsters are traceable by the police and credit card companies. That is enough to dispute the transaction with your credit card company and get a refund (chargeback) from them. Further, when these fraudsters give you the shipping tracking number you can check it directly on the shipping company's (Yun Express) website. They provide info on the weight of the package. The suitcase should be around 5kg (according to manufacturers website info) so when the weight of the shipped package is only 0.036kg (in my case) it becomes very obvious that this is a credit card payment fraud scam. I have also passed on this shipping weight info to the credit card company so that it is very clear to them that the transaction is criminally fraudulent. Please also note that the phone number does not work and if you check on Google Streetview, the UK address looks like a rented council maisonette. Also there is no company called Downwardlab registered at Companies House. For those of you who were given a Hermes/Evri tracking number for the UK delivery leg please be aware that these fraudsters are not using your postcode for the delivery. Try doing a detailed track on the Evri website. It will ask for your postcode but will reject the one you insert. What is happening is that these fraudsters are using a different postcode/delivery address so that they can falsely make it appear that the very small fake package has been delivered but all that is happening is that a very small package is being put through the letter box of an address known to or operated by them (possibly with the help of overseas Chinese students). These fraudsters know that the useless Evri are impossible for us to communicate with (no email, no human phone, just useless virtual assistant bots that will reject your postcode and are incompetent at voice recognition). You need to tell your credit card company about this fake Evri delivery scam just like I have done. You also need to tell your credit card company to get its fraud department and MasterCard/Visa and the police to coordinate with Evri/Hermes to find out what delivery address these criminal fraudsters are using so that they can be arrested (probably the same address being used for all the fraud scam deliveries). They are not as clever as they think they are. As an update, Amazon Newday has now reversed the amount that these criminal fraudsters took from my credit card account. Evri has been made aware that these criminals are deliberately sending just a small package to a false postcode address and that they should be sending a suitcase. I have provided Evri with supporting evidence. They now need to cooperate and disclose the details of the fraudulently falsified delivery address so that the credit card company can coordinate with the police for a criminal investigation. You can complain to EvriSupport at evri com. In addition, these criminals are using a Hong Kong Dollar bank account in Hong Kong (I know this because I was credited back more in GBP than was debited in the first place which means they converted HKD using a higher HKD/GBP rate when crediting me back). Should be incredibly easy for the credit card company to identify which criminal that account belongs to because you cannot open a bank account in Hong Kong without a Hong Kong ID Card or a passport (I know this because I worked there for 13 years and still have 3 accounts). I do not think these criminals will even try to access their account funds because they will now think the bank and Hong Kong police are monitoring that account. Also, if you check the raw data for any email they send you it will identify that the IP is Zoho and in USA. I reported them to Zoho Abuse Center as a complaint and they advise that they have blocked their account. MOST CRITICAL THING YOU NEED TO DO IS DISPUTE THE TRANSACTION WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD PROVIDER. YOU SHOULD GET YOUR MONEY BACK. I suspect that MasterCard has already coordinated with the Hong Kong bank these criminals have been using to freeze their access to it.

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. We ordered goods which were never delivered and they have emailed many times with lots of excuses but we have had no refund and no goods. Please, save your self the heartache and don't attempt to buy anything from here - it would be easier just to send them money as you will never receive goods!

I ordered a suitcase on…

I ordered a suitcase on (downwardlab.com) which looked really nice online. Initially, I was a bit undecided to purchase the item but somehow I went ahead to purchase.

When delivery was due I contacted them by e-mail and it took a while for them to respond saying that:

'We are very sorry for the delay, our team checked your package and it shows that it has been delivered, by any chance that you haven't received it yet, please check the post office regarding with your parcel'

Soon after that I checked their online tracking and found out that it had two conflicting messages, one link saying the courier has the item to arrange for delivery and the other conflicting message said it has been delivered at my back door which to me remain questionable.

I searched it up online and 'lo and behold' it's a scam! I'm so angry, bought it for a holiday soon just to be caught up in this madness .....a complete waste of time .........AND I DONT KNOW IF THEY HOLD YOUR DETAILS TO CAUSE FURTHER DAMAGE😡
