Ordered a suitcase which looked really nice, I was kinda sketchy at first but I carried on with my purchase. It said It had been delivered in a safe spot ( porch ) which I don't even have a porch. Searched it up online and it's a scram I'm so angry, bought it for a holiday soon. Waste of time 😡

Absolute scam- Do not order from downwardlab
Absolute scam! Do not use - should have read reviews first. Thought it was a uk based company based on location address but been shipped from China .Ordered a childrens play kitchen have tracked and supposedly delivered on Friday but hasn’t. No response to emails or the contact number provided. Furious! Stay away from downwardlab and save your money! Scam.

Had to give it one star, to write a review. Wouldn’t give one ☝️. Total scam company. DO NOT BUY. Goods not received even though they sent a tracking number. Never turned up. Sent emails, had no reply. Total fraud company. Ignore at all costs.
