Driver was rude to my wife who answered the door, claiming he had knocked three times, he may well have but it’s the summer holidays and my kids are playing in the house, no one heard the door, certainly no need to be rude about how long it took to answer the door. Perhaps if more notice was given when collections are planned we could make sure someone was waiting for them.
