Excellent... As always!

Parcel delivered right in the middle of the delivery window as always. This was especially impressive today because you need to get through at least 2 sets of roadworks to get to my house from every direction. Thank you Ismael!

Wrong delivery date and damage

I had requested my delivery for Thursday as I was going away. It came today.. Monday. It was left near the door on my driveway. I wasn't there and it can be seen from the street
It has damage to one of the packages. I can't open anything yet as I won't be ready to put the furniture together until Thursday which is why I requested delivery then!
