Lovely store, really friendly staff. Talked us through our options and no pressure selling. We bought a bed and had it delivered less than a week later.

The store was very clean. The service provided by Rafael was wonderful - he was kind, funny, helpful and attentive. He tailored down the sleep analysis results by asking us about our needs from a mattress and we ended up buying the second one we tried out, along with one of the pillows we took around the store to try the beds with.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. They was very supportive of our choice of bed and provided us with a tape measure the ensure it would fit in our new flat. They explained the warranty, the team that would put the bed together, what additions we could add to the bed ie: bigger TV. Over all very impressed with the service and very excited for our new bed to arrive

I have always shopped at Dreams for Beds before. This time it was with my son and we were helped all the way to find him the most suitable mattress etc. I recommend Dreams to anyone. Staff always there to assist in anyway

Very good overall. I wanted to know what type of mattress suited me and the colleague helped wonderfully. The store was a little confusing to find beds under budget but overall we found what we were looking for. Slight hiccup in the order process but the manager helped and we were both really happy with the experience!

Amazing experience at the Abingdon Fairacres store on 22nd and 23rd April. A lovely lady (pregnant, sorry can't recall name) was so helpful, extremely knowledgeable and provided one of the best customer services to us. She didn't hesitate to go up & down the store to help us, even though we were worried and wanted her to reduce physical stress. Highly recommend her & the store, will definitely be back!

The mattress and beds are excellent and just fit our use. The staff are ready to help when I have any question about the products.

We ordered a bed from Dreams after a very wonderful experience in the Oxford shop where employee John offered very helpful advice about which mattress, frame and size would suit us best. He was incredibly patient and ensured to give us the best deal possible! Fast forward a month Ken and his delivery team made a very efficient and easy delivery, removing the old bed a building the new in its place. I have absolutely no complaints about this entire experience and will remain a loyal customer to dreams for any future purchases of this sort because of the great service I have experienced.

Update: Post my review Dreams team approached me and helped me to resolve issue.

The overall experience with Dreams is not good, I would advise users to get know return policies specially for pillows which virtually makes it non returnable.

I visited Dreams , Abingdon branch on Monday 31 Jan 2022 with my elderly hard of hearing neighbour.
We were greeted at the door by a very nice assistant called Claire who asked how she could help and guided us to the most appropriate mattresses to try. Nothing was too much trouble. She bought pillows so that the elderly lady could be more comfortable trying the mattress. She had lots of product knowledge and described the benefits of the different types. We were even offered a drink while we were there. Not only did they offer to remove the old mattress they gave us a special bag to put the old one in. I was amazed When she told us the mattress we had chosen could be delivered in 4 days. it really was a pleasure to shop there . Claire talked slowly so that my neighbour could understand as she doesn’t hear well. Claire made her feel like her custom was important. She’s been telling all her friends to buy a new mattress .

We bought two Isabella platform beds for our new house. They were delivered by two very pleasant cheerful men. The beds were fairly easy to put together. They are good quality, have plenty of storage and look very stylish. My only grumble is that soon after buying two beds they were reduced in the sale. Apart from that I would recommend the beds and Dreams.

Have used Dreams before and as then in the shop they were first class, delivery bang on time and perfectly executed. Will definitely be our first choice in the future.

Having slept on the new matress and pillows for nearly 2 months. I Can say it seems we were guided to the correct mattress by your staff and matching system, and sleep much better than previous mattress. The new matress is designed to keep you cool, i do feel however when we air the room, and forget to allow the room heat again before bed, the mattress can feel a little damp, although it isnt, its just a little too cold. I think in the summer we will benefit from this efficient cooling.

From start to finish the help, advice and service from Dreams was excellent. I tried a number of mattresses in store with really sensible advice from the salesman.
Ordering and arranging delivery was easy to do and the assembly service was great.
Most importantly the bed and mattress are really comfortable!
