Wonderful Experience!!
After receiving such bad customer service from Bensons For Beds in the Andover store we decided to go to the new Dreams store here. We were immediately welcomed into the shop and our needs were listened to. The nice young lady took the time especially when I explained about my husbands back. Would highly recommend Dreams after our visit as we were treated like valued customers. I’ve never been one to write reviews but my sister introduced me to this site and it’s good so others can see true experiences . Thank you Dreams

I can’t say enough good things about my experience buying a mattress! From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding—especially Tom, who was incredibly helpful, patient, and truly invested in helping me find the perfect fit. He took the time to understand my sleep needs, walked me through different options, and never pressured me into a decision.
If you’re looking for a new mattress, ask for Tom—he’ll make sure you get the best experience possible. Highly recommend!

The salesperson was first class and us the range of sofa beds, with measurements, colours and delivery together with prices.
After going away to think about it, decided to return and purchase the sofabed which was set up quickly with a delivery date within 48 hours.
