New frame and mattress
We wanted a new bed frame and mattress. 'Dreams' was the first shop we went to. The process of picking the bed and mattress was made into quite a fun experience. They have a computerised analysis machine to try out first and we tried lots of beds. Bought exactly what we wanted and have not regretted it. All delivered one week later with very helpful delivery men. Good customer experience.

Excellent all round service
Excellent choice of mattress, staff so knowledgeable. Computerised mattress matcher definitely worth taking advantage of, makes choosing so much simpler knowing you are getting a mattress compatible to you and your partner.
A very warm welcome received instore with the offer of a cup of tea.
Delivery time after ordering was short .
Updates on delivery times excellent.
Delivery driver even phoned on the morning of delivery.
Delivery guys very clean, polite and experienced. Bed assembled swiftly and expertly.

Very positive experience with Dreams Beds. The male assistant was very helpful and polite, made sure we were happy with our purchase, Coffee and biscuits while we waited which was a nice touch. The delivery went smoothly too. Happy all round.

Extremely poor customer service shambles
Absolute delivery shambles. Twice cancelled. Yesterday we got an email and text message stating that the mattress delivery would be today. So I got the mattress off the bed, downstairs and bagged up ready to be taken away. The delivery time was 11.30 just before we got a call saying that the delivery was to be cancelled again and would not happen until the 28th. Customer services had an appalling approach hardly apologising for the massive inconvenience, offering no explanation. The guy just didn't care. He even tried telling us that we couldn't have received a text and email! What so we are wrong? Idiot. Ask for a supervisor and was told someone would call back. When that happened it was the same person. Jokes. I called again same not caring attitude, it must be their culture.
All it would have taken was a proper apology for the inconvenience and a belief they were trying to sort the problem out. Appears that was a too high expectation from me. Because of the attitude and I could no longer trust that the 28th would happen I cancelled and asked for a full refund.
My advice is to make sure you fully understand the delivery cycle and ask them how likely the date is to change.
Come on Dreams, customer service, the clue is in the title....

I went to Dreams in Aylesbury to order a new Double Mattress.
The service/welcome I received was exemplary and i was treated very well throughout the process. I am glad that the Customer Service was so good as it is something that seems to have disappeared from the High Street recently.
I cannot speak too highly of the whole experience and I am very glad to have chosen them for what is not a small purchase nowadays.
