We had a great experience at Dreams when purchasing two mattresses, thanks to Mike’s outstanding customer service. He was extremely attentive, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Mike took the time to encourage me to try the sleepmatch to find the mattress that suited me best. He never rushed us and explained everything clearly, which made the decision much easier. Excellent service — professional, friendly, and customer-focused. We’re very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend Dreams, especially if you’re assisted by Mike.

After a week of back pains I came home to my mattress. I swear my entire body was feeling healed. The mattress felt like it was cushioning every part of my body and no more back pains. Thanks a million! As a nurse I work long hours on my feet and body mechanics are used in every task. I feel excited now going home cause I know a good night sleep awaits me.

From my first phone call, she listened carefully to my back problems and personal circumstances, and instead of letting me order online, she kindly suggested coming into the store so I could try the mattresses properly. She introduced me to the Dreams sleep technology machine, explained how it worked, and then patiently guided me through testing different mattresses until we found the one that gave me the right support. She didn’t rush me, answered all my questions with genuine care, and made sure I felt confident in my choice.

What meant even more was her thoughtfulness in helping me with a competitive price, understanding the challenges I’m facing at the moment. That level of empathy is rare, and it made such a difference. From start to finish, Agnes made me feel welcome, comfortable, and valued — I left not just with the right mattress, but with a warm feeling from her kindness. She is a true credit to Dreams, and I’ll happily recommend her to friends and family.

I had d a great experience at Dreams in Beckton. I bought an ottoman bed and was really impressed with the service. David was pleasant, attentive, and very helpful throughout. The whole team was friendly, and the store had a welcoming atmosphere that made the visit enjoyable.

Great help and advice from store staff. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the assistant. Older man and has worked for dreams for 18+ years.
