The lady we was dealing with us Shirley was amazing she helped with every need and question we had, helped work out that our child’s back problem is cause of the bed and pillows he has and showed us a mattress and pillows that will help after we done the test for the comfort of the mattress

Sales rep Lily took her time to explain what was on offer and listened to what I wanted to suit my needs.

Lovley staff, was offered a cuppa,it was nice to have a good simple service!

I went into dreams just to have a look at beds. I wasn’t planning to purchase one but then I saw one I loved. And also had storage underneath. It will be perfect for me.
The assistant Dominika was lovely.
She understood what I wanted and was not pushy at all. She was very friendly and efficient.
Also the bed was reduced in price and I wasn’t worried about paying extra for them to take my old bed away and assemble my new one. Good service overall.
Really pleased I went in to this store.

Sales assistant was attentive and helpful without being pushy and pressuring us into buying.
Still awaiting delivery so cannot comment on that aspect of the business yet.

Staff member Idil at Bracknell was excellent. She was equipped with great knowledge and recommendations. She made the whole process easy and was super friendly. Top marks for customer service.

Sales assistance in Bracknell branch very helpful gave us plenty of time to decide on our choice mattress evaluation machine well worth checking most suitable one.

Shirley in the Bracknell branch made the purchase of our new bed a really positive transaction. She was welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable. We were made to feel very welcome from the time we stepped through the door. I would give 6 stars for Shirley and Dreams if I could.

if i could give a 0 star i would i ordered a mattress and was guaranteed a delivery date we waited in all day and heard nothing so rang the store and was told the delivery date had been pushed back , we needed the mattress delivered on time as we had guests arriving im so angry and nothing was solved for me

Very helpful salesperson. Delivery was when I wanted it. The bed is so comfortable. Frame fitted quickly and efficiently.

Both the lady at the store when I ordered was extremely helpful and both the delivery men were also extremely helpful. All the staff I dealt with were helpful and very polite

Helpful staff in the shop and very pleasant delivery guys. I used the test bed in the shop to help decide which mattress to have and the one I decided on has been great, very comfortable. No complaints.

Cheap and inferior Products, Specially Dreams OWN brand, as for the staff, Not a good experience.
Most Certainly Would NOT go back to Dreams again.

I was welcomed to the store. The advisor was very pleasant and very very knowledgeable. I was offered the sleep match experience and was highly impressed.
From there I tried the mattresses that were recommended for me and came back again to make a purchase. A highly satisfying experience. Would highly recommend! Did not feel pressured at any time to buy anything.
