Ordered a mattress 2 weeks ago after going on the sleep mattress machine we were offered tea and coffee they weren’t pushy they showed us a choice of mattresses after been on the sleep machine we chose our mattress and pillows and mattress protector the mattress arrived Saturday morning at 7am if you want a perfect company for your mattresses go to dreams Bradford Forster square Absloutley 1st class service 👍👍the delivery drivers were first class and respected my property absolutely 1st class

Excellent customer service.
Information given to us was incorrect.
We were told it was not like a mrmory foam mattress as it had a cooling element.
It is red hot and keeps in the heat just like memory foam.
As a result of my feedback Kishan Parmar from sales contacted and could not have been more helpful.
He has ordered us a new mattress and given us great advice.
Excellent customer service.
