When I walked into the showroom I was greeted by a member of staff Wendy, she was very helpful & pleasant & not pushy like some sales people.
I was very pleased with the service I received & would recommend this store thank you.

Good price and quick delivery. Mattress was a little damp in one corner but the weather was atrocious. There were also a couple of dirty fingerprints on the mattress itself which must have occurred pre delivery.

Amrit was very proffesional . He answered all our questions in a very knowledgable way putting us at at our ease. We enjoyed the experience in a very well laid out store.

We were served by Saana. He was very thorough in explaining the different type of mattresses and beds. He also used the sleep machine to analyse the type of mattress that we needed.

We had a great experience at dreams and Clair was excellent being very friendly knowledgeable and helpful giving us good advice on purchasing our mattress and base unit, The store had a excellent range of beds.

I had a wonderful experience shopping for a new bed and mattress, thanks to Nicky! She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and patient from the moment I arrived.

Nicky took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. She even printed out the measurements of the bed frame I wanted, which was extremely helpful. She also guided me through the different mattress options and helped me choose one that was suitable and comfortable for my body.

She patiently went through all the credit checks and finance options with me, making sure I understood everything clearly. She was so thoughtful that she even offered me a cup of water during my visit.

Overall, Nicky provided excellent customer service and made the whole shopping experience easy, comfortable, and stress-free. She is a real credit to the store, and I would definitely recommend asking for her if you're looking for a bed or mattress. Thank you, Nicky, for all your help!

Very polite customer service explained everything in detail

Staff were great, kind and knowledgeable. I have a few spinal problems and i had a pillow bought and paid for in 15mins due to the staff member and his knowledge.

We got a new mattress off them got dented within weeks and very uncomfortable.. very very hard to get in touch with them, your waiting weeks to get reply off them towards a replacement, im still waiting now eventhough the guy who inspected it has approved for it to be replaced but still have not received any communication from dreams.. very dissapointed as they are such a big company you would think they would deal with customers better.

Both of the staff were fantastic they were very helpful and explained everything about the bed I wanted it was easy to make my mind up and I’m very happy with my purchase

Excellent guidance from a very personable member of staff - friendly, professional and warm. Good advice and listened to my preferences.

Today I visited the store with a lady citizen as her Outreach Support Worker in helping her find a single bed.
The sales assistant Mack was very helpful and friendly, he shown excellent customer service and was very patient with us .
The lady citizen chose a single divan bed
and Mack was very good in explaining the features.
We were very happy with the service we received from Mack, thank you also for cup of tea. Was very nice.

Very good customer service from Kate. She advised me which mattress was the best out of 3 that I could not choose between! And it was not the most expensive one in my choice. Very glad I went into the store and tried out beds instead of just buying online.

Very helpful and knowledgeable employee (Chris) who enabled is to get the products we needed.

We had awful experience with our bed delivery.
The delivery team damaged our walls and woodwork,the mattress was bent significantly and unnecessarily and the divan is finished very poorly.
We have left message for customer service yesterday morning as they aren't accepting telephone calls! we're still waiting for a response. How can a company with this many customer service issues only open lines between 10:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday?
The shop staff are great but the after sales service is non existent.

Lorraine, the assistant who dealt with all my questions and then my order, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She genuinely made me feel welcome in and valued by the store.

Really made to feel welcome. No pressure selling. Offered drinks and staff were totally transparent about system software glitch.

Visiting the Gravesend store to look at new mattresses and had a great experience with Caroline. She was very knowledgeable and helped us choose a mattress that will hopefully be ideal for us. Having the 100 day guarantee also explained to us made the purchase that much easier too!
