Friendly and knowledgeable
We went in knowing roughly what we wanted (being happy with our previous mattress, until it needed replacement). Sales assistant was friendly and helpful without being pushy. He understood our requirements and showed us relevant options to try. He deserves extra credit for keeping our children entertained so we had time to evaluate the mattresses in peace.

Questionable Pillow Top!
We purchased the base, mattress and headboard, not cheap but liked what we saw. The mattress comes with a 'pillow top' (new to us). After only one week we noticed the mattress was developing indentations (hollows of at least 2cm deep) on either side and a hump in the middle. Unfortunately the mattress top does not return to a level state (flat) and already resembles a 5-year old bed. A technician visited and advised the manufacturer allows for a 2.5cm hollow to develop. Where was this in the small print or advised by the sales person!

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me today. Whilst I understand the frustration, we do send a third party inspection company out to get an unbiased opinion, and they have found the mattress to be performing as it should.
It is normal for all mattresses, especially those with a pillow top to be subject to natural settlement, where the mattress moulds to your body shape.
I am glad that as part of our discussion we appear to have reached a resolution which you feel is suitable.

Good quality products and great staff
Great experience. Staff was friendly and professional, explained to me what mattress options there are and considered my budget. I bought my mattress and bed frame here and happy to say the qualities are real good.

Great product & customer service
The staff were all very helpful and friendly even though it was a super busy Saturday afternoon. Customer experience was seamless and I received my goods timely. Delivery guys were superb and polite, even thanked my concierge for arranging loading area for them. Overall, highly recommended!

My bed was delivered on time but I haven't used it yet as it's still packed in my garage my house isn't ready to put it in its being refurbished.
The only down side is it cost extra for them to put it together at an extra cost
As it cost over £1009 I think this is a bit extreme

Good experience so far
The assistant was helpful and clear. He has showed me how to use the sleep advising machine which has helped us to identify my sleeping needs. After using the machine I was advised on the best options for me. Overwall a positive experience.
