Buying a bed from DREAMS in CHESTER was fun.
Peter from Dreams in Chester was helpful, knew his products and gave me time to try several mattresses before I chose. He told me all about the features of my adjustable bed and helped me chose the model that was right for me. I was made to feel welcome and the atmosphere in the store was fun, with several members of staff joining in to make my experience in the store special.To top it all,I was given a coffee that was just right ( not too strong)

From beginning to end, the service we received from the Chester store was excellent. In store, Gary was friendly, knowledgeable, and struck the perfect balance giving us clear, helpful guidance on the different mattress options without overwhelming us.
The delivery experience was just as impressive. Communication was excellent throughout, with updates on our delivery time and a courtesy call from the team when they were 15 minutes away. When they arrived, they were friendly, respectful, and took great care when bringing the mattress upstairs.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dreams, Chester.

HARD
The salesman said the mattress eould be hard for two weeks but after three weeks i am finding it harder ( harder to get out of bed in the morning its so comfortable)The salesman was very knowlegable and helpfull.

Great service.
We were after a new mattress n bed. Salesman explained everything to us and was not to pushy. They delivered the bead and mattress and took the old one away. We have had the bed and mattress for 11months now and very happy.

Bed installation and mattress delivery
Leon and Ade were polite, efficient and made sure that I was satisfied with everything before they left. They were also very careful about protecting the carpet by wearing overshoes.

A good all round experience
Efficient, knowledgable, pleasant,helpful and patient staff- James and Peter. Explained clearly the different mattresses and encouraged to try in store. The specialist bed to assess correct individual firmness demonstrated and a cup of tea was offered during our visit. I would certainly return

although I have retail Experience this was a pleasure to experience.
first time ever offered a drink and this was by 3 different people. during our visit.
We wanted an adjustable bed and were coached through trying different beds and mattresses patiently.
Dreams had a wide selection of beds over two floors. which was difficult owing to my wifes invalidity as this type of bed was up a longish flight of stairs' but we got there.. just.
We selected our bed and we went down those stairs to complete the transaction with another offer of a drink.
A few days later the bed was delivered on time as forecast bed erected aND NO TRACE OF DEBRIS.
W£e are still delighted over a week later.
By the way, the Beds quite comfy too!
