Great bedding company
Visited one of the Dreams showrooms in Clapham. As I walked in I was welcomed by a member of the staff that guided me to where I can find what I am looking for and left me to look around at my own pace. They have a wide range of products, and special editions exclusive to Dreams which was tempting to pick from.
Staff were available to answer my questions and give me advice. they encouraged me to try the mattress in the shop and take my time to choose without trying to sell or rush me.
The only set back is that their delivery dates were in 2 weeks time.
Communication before the delivery date was very clear as I received a message and email with the time slot of delivery. the delivery men called me on the day of delivery and specified the expected time of delivery. They were punctual, careful and efficient at placing the mattress in my selected room.

Mattress purchased wasn’t the one that was received.
The one that was received was in bad condition with stitches coming out, stains, and with a lump that doesn’t go down making it impossible to sleep in it.
Currently awaiting for a refund. Terrible experience, after waiting for the mattress for a period of five weeks.

I would highly recommend Phillip for anyone going to the clapham branch.
He immediately made us feel very welcome, but more importantly, he was very knowledgeable AND honest about the different mattresses we viewed, along with their own individual pros and cons for what we were looking for. In almost no time at all he helped us find the best Mattress we've ever had.

Everything was great
Everything was great, Hana helped me and her colleagues. She was patience and informative. I came back the next day to buy, everything was easy and simple as I was looking to make a quick purchase. The bed is comfortable and I would use this branch of Dreams again. The delivery people were exceptional very friendly. Overall very happy with the experience and the bed seems good quality for the price and comfortable. Thanks!
