Excellent advice and service. Easy process and easy ordering/payment/delivery options and nothing too much trouble for the staff.

Member of staff was very helpful. Used sleepmatch bed to identify best type of bed i needed. She explained things fully, identified three suitable beds and left me to try them. I chose a bed and she completed all the necessary paperwork and arranged delivery.

Jennifer Isle of Wight was wonderful in helping us decide which bed to get. She is truly an asset to your company!!!!

Great and friendly help

I ordered a bed in store. Payment could not be taken on Amex because of 'new system' so I part paid via another method. The company then struggled to take the balance of my payment through customer services. They contacted me via 2 other stores but still their system could not take a payment via ANY card, debit ir credit. I was assured the bed would arrive. Guess what. Delivery date cancelled, but I was not informed until the day of delivery.
Since id already dismantled bed they were taking away, and had a mattress arriving the following day, I was not happy.
Called customer service, no callback. Eventually got through to John in sales, who was very helpful. He also couldn't take my payment on the main 'system' and had to do a workaround. No idea what that was. He took the balance and now my bed is scheduled to arrive in a month! Meanwhile sleeping on the floor.
Today, the day after John took my remaining balance, I wake up to a message saying we're calling to take the balance of your payment. So I may yet not get my bed on the 9th Sept.

Found exactly what I needed in the Croydon store. Diane was great, she listened and fully understood my needs. No pressure selling, just a nice, calm environment and chat. I fell in love with the Ashbourne which has £400 off in the sale - woohoo!!! A 3 week delivery time isn’t ideal, but I’m prepared to wait for perfection!! Roll on August 28th ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Ps. You need to sort your system out as it was putting the same reference on all receipts, so my order number had to be written on manually!

The best thing about buying my sofa bed from this store was the outstanding customer service I received from the salesman Gabe who was both knowledgeable and friendly and took trouble to discuss the various styles of sofa bed available and to demonstrate them.
He helped me to decide on a model which met my need for occasional guest use but with enough comfort for a good nights sleep.

I visited this store today and was made to feel very welcomed, offered coffee, a biscuits as well help and directions to the area i was looking for, the store was well set up and clean and tidy, I was offered to try I think its called sleep match i was amazed by this , as it showed me what I was needing to look at.
Staff were amazing also made me feel very settled as well as welcomed, this experience was 10 times better than that at the other stores like Bensons, which was shocking.
Dreams Inverness store was out this wild.

I visited the Fareham store, to have a look for some Pillows, Neil helped me, I did not know someone could be so knowledgeable about them, Neil was great in explaining why I needed to get the right one for me, and I can say after using it for a few days, I made the right choice.

Neil at the Fareham store, was so informative, nothing was to much trouble, a lovely cup of tea while I made my choice, and I left feeling I had made a great decision.
