The staff in the store were absolutely brilliant, cannot fault it and have not had a better experience in purchasing a large item. The bed is incredible! I cannot even watch TV in it - I am out in minutes.

The whole experience at Dreams as great…
The whole experience at Dreams as great the staff at the Croydon branch was good they give me time to look around on my own before they assisted me in choosing my bed. I used the bed machine that picked several suggestion for me.
All in all a lovely experience to choosing my first mattress
The mattress was delivered on time and in a timely manor and old one taken away too.
I have slept well since I've had it and my aches have slowly lessen.

We bought the Charlie ottoman bed
We bought the Charlie ottoman bed. The buying, delivery, and assembly experience were excellent. The delivery crew was punctual and clean and removed all packaging when they finished assembling the bed. We definitely would use Dreams again.

Bed is perfect. Came when expected in fact earlier than expected didn't have to wait for ages for it to arrive. The 2 lads who came had it up and ready in no time and were so efficient and professional. Would recommend Dreams to every body

Company were excellent. Still coming to terms with the mattress, indentations seem to be appearing after only one week of use.

Fantastic experience
Great experience, especially from Deryck at valley park . Made to feel extremely comfortable and not put under pressure . Very friendly and happy gentleman, and also we wasn’t jumped on as soon as we walked through the door in which was brilliant.
