We went to purchase a mattress at Straiton Retail Park and Ben was very patient and attentive. replying to all of our questions. He also clearly knows what he is talking about.
We have the mattress now for 3 weeks and it is amazing! it really fits us... by back pain is a lot better now.

I am delighted with my new bed! The bed is incredibly comfortable and has improved my sleep quality and back pain. Also, it is beautiful!
I was attended by Brian, who was incredibly helpful and patient with my son while I was on the test (Sleep machine).
I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and highly recommend both the bed and the exceptional service!

Badly designed feet on base, screwed in to plywood never going to work. 3 fell off before out of the box, a further one during assembly.
Couldn’t exactly return after dismantling my last bed and chucking out the mattress to allow instillation.
Hidden under the bed but takes the shine off your new purchase.

Delivery was on time at 10 a.m

Had a great experience in store and felt listened to and ultimately got a good deal. Would recommend.

Got a new ottoman bed from Dreams with a new Tempur mattress along with pillows and the service we received from start to finish was excellent! Can’t recommend the Company enough and won’t hesitate to give them a plus 10 for service!

Amazing experience at Dreams in Edinburgh. The staff spent time with us going through all the options. I have a history of back issues and these were all taken into consideration. The team that dropped off the mattress were also excellent and went above and beyond.

We bought mattresses for adjustable beds saleswoman was really informative.Had them for about a fortnight and are very pleased with them

The bed was delivered more than 10 days late the gentleman that assembled the bed did not assemble it properly bolts and screws were missing from the bed, they were in an art after symboling the building less than 20 minutes they were more interested in leaving then actually ensuring that it was assembled correctly

The guys who delivered it were so funny and unpacked & built our bed within 10 minutes!

Enjoying lovely comfortable sleeps with our new mattress. A real discrepancy in our weights, we looking for a mattress that was neither too hard or too soft. And we found it!! Just the ticket.
