The sales lady was lovely and was very knowledgeable. The delivery team were great. Took their shoes off and were very amenable.
I haven’t slept on the bed much yet as it’s in a holiday home. So I’m not sure about it yet.

I needed a new mattress for my bed & wasn't too sure of what I wanted soft or firm - didn't know about the Sleep Match tester. After checking three or four mattresses chose one that seemed to be more comfortable & in my price range. A few weeks later it was delivered & my first night was the first time I've slept without waking up several times throughout the night. Even though I've been told about the 100 day trail I don't think I'll need to swap at all.

Great product and customer service

Very happy with dreams we was welcome by Claire who was very polite we told her what we was looking for she offered us a cup of tea why we was looking for a mattress she explain how the TEMPUR Pro Air Mattress works she should use the pillows aswell very helpful.

What made it good was the way we was treated made welcome by the staff they were very helpful in finding the right mattress and pillow could not fault.

Lauren was an absolute gem. From the moment we walked in, she tuned into our needs, patient, perceptive, and never once rushing us.

She guided us through the bed and mattress selection with calm professionalism and genuine care.

What truly stood out was how wonderfully she engaged with our disabled autistic son. She showed patience, respect, and a confidence that helped him feel comfortable and included throughout the process. That kind of empathy isn’t just good service, it’s rare, and deeply appreciated.

It was delivered on time, assembled and the old one taken away, as agreed. It's also really comfy.

I had a lovely experience in DREAMS, first timer at Erdington and Lauren welcomed my mom and I on arrival. It was a great customer experience and I received good value for my money and quality product.

I wasn't badgered the minute I walked through the door but when I found a mattress I liked i called a member of staff who was very friendly and helpful. The mattress was delivered the following week by two delivery men. I am very happy with my purchase and the fuss free process, would definitely go back to dreams especially when they have a sale. ☺️

He took the time to understand my sleep preferences in detail, even asking questions I hadn’t thought to consider. He guided me through the Sleepmatch system and interpreted the results with real care, explaining how the data translated into mattress options suited to my needs—not just relying on what the system said, but using his own expertise to sense-check the results.

Tracey was absolutely amazing!
My partner and I were looking for a new mattress before we move and Tracey was a huge help.

At first we had different ideas on what kind of mattress we would want. Tracey showed us this machine that would recommend a mattress Base on where we needed the most support. It felt a bit odd, but after trying the mattresses it recommended, it was worth it.

Originally, my partner and I were already liking the mattress. Tracey gave us more information and it just solidified the fact that we found the perfect one.

Fantastic and informative experience. Tracey and the rest of the ladies at Erdington made the experience better and less of an errand.
