Professional staff both in the shop and for deliveries.

Dreams stores are exactly the reason you need reputable and competitive high street stores. Without Dreams, we would find it very difficult and frustrating in choosing the ideal bed. Nothing substitutes the human interaction. Prices are very competitive. This is our 4th visit to Dreams in the last 12 years, buying for ourselves and family members.

Excellent Delivery Service (in two). Driver's name: Octavian. THANK YOU ! Text received the day before with a 2 hour time slot followed by a call from the Driver 5 minutes before on the day of delivery. Both delivery men swiftly removed the old mattress and replaced with the new one within minutes ! Professional, polite, efficient service; they arrived on time too and even took off their shoes before entering !

The service team has tried to make amends based on my previous review, and the quality of my mattresses and beds so far have been good. Also the delivery team was very good, so I've updated my review to 3 stars.

I don't understand your reply. I haven't spoken to anyone from dreams or come to any conclusion with you. I received my goods, however your customer service is among the worst I've ever experienced. (9/03)

Good customer service got the King size mattress for half price, even tho after 1 week, I saw the website there was extra 10% on top of the 50% off. I emailed them about that, they gave me back the differences. Quick delivery and the mattress is so comfy.

Needed a new mattress so headed to Finchley Branch.

We had a really pleasant experience from beginning to end. The staff at dreams Finchley (Steve) was so helpful throughout. We were delayed due to our building works being delayed and they kindly changed the delivery date for us. The delivery men (mark and rob) were great and worked efficiently to get the work done. I would highly recommend them !

i bought my new beautiful bed, and the the delivery guys that assebled it were fast and clean. they called me about the expecting time45 min befire they come.

Terrific store, friendly, helpful & knowledgeable staff (without being pushy!) and the Sleepmatch system was a helpful way to establish what we needed.

I hadn't needed to buy a new mattress for years and i was really impressed by the whole experience at this store . the two guys that served me Daniel and Alistair were very knowledgable and informative and both showed considerable patience in helping me to come to a decision on buying the correct mattress i was looking for . I am really pleased to say that it is extremely comfortable with an 8 year guarantee and the delivery and disposal of my old one was 100% too. thank you Dreams, i shall be going back for some pillows, and highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a mattress.

Excellent experience. Dan was both friendly and professional; he offered a variety of options to choose from explaining the pros and cons for each, what might justify a given option e.g. sore lower back or hip pain, etc. He explained things clearly and didn't conveniently omit information. The delivery and recycling of the old mattress were arranged, the delivery crew showed up on time and were very helpful. It was an all around swift experience and on top of that I walked into a store on a day where there were 20% discounts on all mattresses. I was procrastinating on buying a new mattress for a year so I really appreciate how smooth and informative the experience was and that it resulted in just as satisfying outcome. I am looking forward to repeating it in 10 years' time when it's the to replace this mattress!
