Had a great experience buying mattresses at Dreams in Gravesend. Helpful but low sales-pressure staff, a fun techno mattress-matching setup that factors in any pain issues you have and a wide variety of mattresses to lie on and assess.

Excellent staff, great products, helped me match to a mattress and bed which suits me.

The staff were polite and listened to your needs. Michael then showed us the products at the store that met what was needed. All products could be tested before we settled on what we wanted.

We tested the mattresses in store and the staff were super helpful but the systems went down so we went online and ordered the exact recommendation. It was delivered exactly on time by friendly staff and our old mattress taken away with no trouble. Would highly recommend.

Michael (Dreams Gravesend) was brilliant, very laid back, polite, friendly and knowledgeable, he was able to compare different products and explain their differences, it really helped me to make a decision, I took my time and came back next day to purchase my new bed!

Excellent service at the Gravesend store. I have bought a few beds from there and keep returning. The staff all have excellent product knowledge, spend as much time as you want with you, answer all questions, no pushy sales techniques, no rushing you and just make buying a bed a pleasant experience.

I had a very good and the best customer service experience at Dreams outlet in Gravesend. Members of staff were very professional and friendly in assisting with the best product. The delivery was fast and enjoyed every bit of my experience dealing with this fantastic people, I got a gift of pillows as well.

The ordering process at the Gravesend store was great. The service there was good. Although we had to wait a while or the bed and mattress delivery due to delays, the delivery was smooth on the day.

We recently went to the Gravesend branch of dreams, as we were wondering we were spoken to a lovely lady called Sue.
As we entered the store the rest of her colleagues stared at us but not Sue.
She was brilliant, she was kind, polite, made sure we understood everything and most importantly did not push us into anything.
She explained all our options and let us know the deals going. We will be returning to see Sue when we are ready to buy a mattress and bed. She is definitely an asset to the company.

I would like to say that the team in the Gravesend store could not do enough to help us, we were shopping on behalf of someone else so Guy and his colleague sorted a bed,base,mattress and headboard for us to be called to say the size had changed, not at all fazed they went on to change the order to a different size, design etc , we have purchased from this store a number of times and customer service is always 100%
