The staff in the shop were great but asking £50 to carry a mattress up 1 floor was a bit much, as was the £85 to take away our old one.

best experience ever Tracey and mark treated me like a queen went through helping me pick my bed nothing was to much trouble thank you to Tracey and mark.i will be recommending them to friends and family the best

Very disappointing experience at Dreams West Drayton. Shani, the store manager, was rude not only to members of my family but also to her own staff. She provided no support when we needed help, which resulted in us waiting over 30 minutes for a straightforward issue to be resolved.

Her attitude made an already frustrating situation even worse. I would expect a store manager to communicate respectfully, support their team and help resolve customers’ concerns efficiently. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and I would not recommend this branch.

I had a fantastic experience at the Dreams store in Manchester, Cheetham Hill / Manchester Fort. From the moment we arrived, the store manager was extremely polite, friendly, and respectful. They made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
The customer service was exceptional, and we were offered tea and coffee while we took our time choosing. The manager was very helpful, patient, and genuinely focused on finding us the right product at a great price. We were also given a brilliant deal, which made the whole experience even better.
It’s not often you come across this level of customer service. I would highly recommend this Dreams branch to anyone looking for great products, excellent prices, and outstanding customer service.

The lady I was ordering a bed & mattress delivered.to me.I said I was so.patient.as I'm disabled& housebound.also 95?.¹ told me the ottoman ones I could afford etc. & mattress!I.no hurry.explained everything.as I needed setting up bed etc.!very satisfied.& Enyored our chat!!now waiting for my ottoman.

Isha and Nish were so helpful when choosing my new matress. They both were very knowledgeable.

Ashley at St Helen’s store was very helpful and made sure we were aware of all the options available to us. We were left to look around the store without pushy sales talk but Ashley was very helpful when we had questions and once we decided on the bed we wanted Ashley dealt with us very efficiently.
