Michaela at the Lowestoft branch was extremely helpful and was not pushy at all. She listened to what I wanted and helped my find the right products to meet what I wanted within my budget. Very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend- not once did I feel pressured to buy. Brilliant service which I would highly recommend to friends and family!

Dreams Showroom Staff and Delivery Staff.
On our visit to Dreams Showroom. The staff were extremely pleasant ad helpful. Steve was excellent. We could not fault them The delivery men who;s name we have forgotten were also excellent. I would recommend Dreams. The bed was the best we have ever had.

A dream from start to finish
A dream from start to finish, I had to delay the delivery and that was dealt with very efficiently. This continued through to the actual delivery, with excellent communication all through. I can’t comment on the mattress as yet as it’s still in it’s box.

The Dreams Store in Lowestoft North Quay Retail Park.
The Dreams Store in Lowestoft was excellent and the customer service was extremely satisfying. Michaela especially in store was very helpful, attentive and friendly. Me and my partner were introduced to a range of Dreams Products that we were interested in. The staff were highly knowledgeable of their store and Dreams Products. 10/10 overall service and would 100% recommend to family & friends in the future. First class.
