Went in looking for a topper came out buying a bed.
Staff were very pleasant not pushy, even asked if we needed a tea or coffee. Kelly was very patient with us as we must have tried out so many beds. My husband made himself at home trying out the pillows too. Thank you Dreams staff of Merthyr Tydfil especially Kelly

The in store service was very pleasant
The in store service was very pleasant, no pressure just very helpful. We had to change our delivery date, we contacted the store and they were very helpful. we were given a new date, the bed turned up on that date and the time given. The delivery team were very obliging, they explained everything and cleaned up and removed all the waste, excellent service would recommend.
