Dreams made our experience of choosing a new mattress very stress free and easy to choose a mattress that suited us. We were very impressed by the individual attention we received from the sales assistant who served us and would definitely recommend them.

Everything was done in an exceptional way. They were welcoming, helpful, and polite. Not in any way pushy. It made our decision to buy easy and we had plenty of time to make our mind up although we didn't need it.

Dreams turned up took old bed and put up new one quick and professionally. Both men who arrived were polite and friendly. Nice to the kids took shoes off on arrival. Bed is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband and I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Alissa at the Milton Keynes store today for her excellent customer service. We couldn’t have wished for a better service, her help, advice and expertise was excellent and resulted in us purchasing a king bed, headboard, duvet and mattress. The sleepmatch machine Alissa recommended us trying was excellent and a great experience it mapped our bodies and gave recommendations for mattresses to suit us and then Alissa took us to try out several mattresses recommended for us which was so helpful in assisting us to make the right choice of mattress. We can’t express enough what excellent experience and service we had today. So thank you again from 2 very happy customers.

A very efficient journey from ordering to delivery

From the outset in the store - the service was excellent - Colin was very knowledgeable - not pushy - allowed us time to consider all options - we experienced the mattress assessing machine - or whatever its called - we eventually chose a new bed and mattress - they were delivered on time - made up by the dream team in the bedroom - Lewis and Maxine were outstanding! All in all there was nothing negative to say - we would certainly recommend Dreams

We were welcomed at once without being pressured and quickly helped to find exactly what we wanted. The whole process was very easy. We will be back when we need to.

Very good! A slight issue with delivery; apparently someone else was having a delivery in the same apartment block, and van was parked inconveniently, unbeknown to us, but was resolved.
Bed itself good, and the store was very helpful.

I really felt looked after. Enjoyed the whole experience. My only criticism is beds are so high now. Nearly have to pole vault into them. So comfortable though.
