Excellent service turned up on time put my new bed together for me and took my old bed away checked everything was working well and cleaned up after themselves very happy with the service the men were very well presented professional service

I purchased a mattress from Dreams after clearly specifying that I needed a firm mattress to support my back. Unfortunately, the mattress I received is extremely soft and has caused me significant back pain, to the point that I’ve had to seek physiotherapy.

Dreams’ customer service arranged an inspection, but I was told the mattress was “fine.” However, I completely disagree — it does not feel firm at all and is not providing the support I was promised. The situation has left me very disappointed, as I trusted Dreams to provide a mattress suitable for my needs.

I would appreciate it if Dreams could review this case again and offer a proper resolution — whether that’s a replacement with a genuinely firm mattress or another suitable solution.

I went there in person to buy the bed. The staff was very friendly. It's a shame that for every bed, as soon as you want a little extra, everything costs extra. They also had a good selection of mattresses. I had it delivered and assembled, and that was quick, clean, and professional.

You have to pay £39 to take it into the bedroom and even more to unpack it. Single bed for a 85 year old to pay £39 ?is bad customer service.

I was greeted promptly. The assistant was friendly and advised me about the product I had chosen which was useful.

The delivery guys came early which was great.

The bed base is sturdy and it was was a reasonable price so I'm happy.

All an say everything excellent a d would definitely recommend dreams to friends

The bed was delivered with two helpful guys again, helpful and polite. The bed is great a new spare bed looking great !

A good presentation and choise of mattresses at the shop, at competative prices. Delivery was on time as scheduled and goods undamaged. Overall a good experience buying from Dreams.

My son is extremely happy with his new bed. I bought it for his 47th birthday as he was having problems with his back. He has told me that since delivery of the bed, not only is his back pain less but he is sleeping better. Thank you Dreams. Over the last couple of decades, I have bought all my beds from Dreams and I have never had any problems.

The staff at the new cross gate dreams are great, they are very dedicated to making sure that you buy the right bed for your body, so that you get a good night's rest for a very long time to come.

Kai in the New Cross branch was very informative and patient. I felt like was getting the right advise.

I went to view mattresses at your New Cross SE14 store but the temperature instore made it impossible for me to stay too long.

I pity the poor staff who have to work 8 - 10 hours inside that stifling heat with NO AIR CONDITIONING.
I am sure it is against Health and Safety standards

The lady that dealt with us in store talked us through each mattress we looked at, in the price range that we wanted. she did not push us, but explained all the mattress' to us. the lady new her products, and was very helpfull. My wife and I now have a great and comfy
bed.

From placing the order with very lovely lady through delivery and building the bed the whole process was brilliant. Delivery men were very courteous and helpful. We chose to put the bed together ourselves as have built similar in the past. Instructions did not disappoint and were clear and easy to follow. No hesitation in recommending Dreams and all concerned.

Great service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend I brought from the New Cross store I think her name was kasley, hate ti describe her but she was short white lady very bubbly and informative.

Laura is a great credit to Dreams. The moment my Wife and I walked in she was very welcoming and helpful.

Took the time to show us all the features of each bed and mattress was also host to all the benefits and complimentary drinks.

When we returned on our second visit she was familiar with our faces and was quick to help us make some amendments to our order after we thought about the original quote. We looked at alternatives and Laura knowledge of beds is outstanding. Really helped.

She was patient and had a good sense of humour though out the journey.
