Bought from Nuneaton store. Very helpful staff and they do give you plenty of time to try all the mattresses you want in your own time without being hassled.
Would have given 5 stars if they had included recycling in the £1600 cost of the new mattress. £50 is just a rip off when you can get 3 items collected by the local council for £22.

We went to the Nuneaton store on Sunday. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were assisted quick. Offered drinks. Given the different payment options. Delivery date was also shared with us.

We found the whole process of choosing our new bed and mattress quick and easy to do. Viewing the website online first I had in mind the bed and mattress we wanted. The website had a good choice and variety of products to view, I like the fact they had lots of helpful information on choosing, measuring, the options of installing and recycling our old bed and mattress was a big plus.
We made an appointment to visit the Nuneaton store, we were met by Robert who was very helpful and friendly and who upsold us new pillows, also made a lovely cuppa. The whole ordering and paying was straightforward, we were able to select the delivery day suitable for us. We received regular updates regarding delivery and details on checking measurements etc prior to delivery via text/email which was helpful.
The day before delivery we received a 2 hour time slot which was helpful so we could prepare the room etc. On the day of delivery 2 drivers (Mohammad and his colleague) arrived promptly, removed our old bed and mattress, installed our new bed and mattress efficiently, cleared away all the rubbish and gave advise in regards to our mattress (we had a rolled up mattress).
I would highly recommend Dreams and would certainly use again, thank you.

Excellent experience when choosing a new bed and mattress. Use of the machine to pick your ideal mattress is a great idea.

Great Service!

Easy to order, helpful sales people. Delivery as planned, with bed assembled for me. Bed is comfy. All in all an excellent buy.

In branch I have no complaints, they were unbelievably helpful and gave me all the details I needed to know about the product and what would be best for me as I suffer with Sciatica.

However, the delivery service wasn’t great. There was no care for my property all they wanted to do was get in and get out as quick as possible, and the customer service from the delivery team was poor but I can’t say they didn’t do what they set out to do!

David the store manager at Nuneaton store was fantastic, really helpful and very knowledgeable on the product we purchased.

We were about fifty years overdue a good nights sleep. We had seen the adverts and decided to try Dreams. We went to the Nuneaton branch and tried their automated matress selecting device. We then went around making sure that we'd selected the right matress, bed and pillow combinations to suit us. We made all the arrangements, paid the deposit and came away with the pillows, matress cover and all of the bags to wrap our old bed in.
The old bed went, the new one was installed, all in about twenty minutes on the decided delivery date. No problems, no sweat.
