I visited Dreams yesterday and was very impressed with the service I received from all the staff they were lovely the lady who helped me choose the right bed frame and mattress was very knowledgeable and I was not pressured into anything her name was Nicky and she was a credit to Dreams everything was explained would recommend

We were treated exceptionally well by Geoff in the Dreams shop in Redditch. We were given the experience of the sleep match which was great. Geoff help us out greatly even when my partner changed her mind several times.

We had a great experience with Nicki at the Redditch store. We did the sleep match and Nicki answered all of our questions on the Tempur options. We werent rushed or pressured at all and we came away having ordered our new mattress. She explained all the options available to us and we are thrilled with our purchase. Thank you! 😊

The Sales person Gemma was very helpful and patient with us and gave us lots of advice on what to choose. We were able to try many mattresses and divans and Gemma spent a lot of time with us .

Daren was so knowledgeable and helped us choose our favourite mattress. He was kind, generous with his time and didn't pressure us into any sale.

Went into the Redditch branch and was greeted by Nichola, who was very helpful. I didnt feel rushed and was allowed to look around, without feeling pressured into buying. I am now waiting delivery. Very pleased with the service I received.

Excellent service from going to the store and choosing a bed & mattress Alice was our go to person she arranged everything . Delivery was told we would get an Email about the delivery slot we had a phone call the day before from the delivery guys and a morning call from them on the delivery morning they were all done and dusted with the taking out of the old and putting in the new Bed .. friendly lovely lads explained everything when they had finished about the bed and of we had any problems so far so good no problems at all

Collecting the old mattress was a bit expensive but the men that collected were very kind thank you.
