Friendly first class staff (Martyn) ensuring we purchased the correct bed and mattress for our postures, nothing was to much trouble for him, no rushing and making us both feel relaxed… I would definitely recommend Dreams (especially the Romford branch)

Delivery was on time and the guys…
Delivery was on time and the guys straight away without asking to do so put foot protectors on their feet. They were also very polite and caring about about carrying the mattress from the van to the upstairs bed room. Well done lads 👍

Great customer service
Our overall experience was great. Big shout out to Nidhi who helped us out a lot. She listened to our requirements and adviced us what would work best for us. We came there just to sense the market but she got us a great deal and we ended up buying.

Amazing service !
We visited Dreams store in Gallows Corner Retail Park to buy just the mattress and the bed frame.We were assisted by the Nidhi and she is amazing. We were sure of the quality of the products but she helped us to choose the right mattress using the analysis machine and then was the time to select the correct bed frame. She understood ot requirements and showed us the mattresses and bed frames best suited for us. I loved how she helped us to shape our decision and we came out of the store as happy customers. She was extremely patient in clearing all of our doubts and helping us understand the quality of various mattresses. She also made are that we completely comfortable with our choice. We were so happy that she was indulged in the whole process with us so much . Loved how she helped us !

The delivery team came on the day booked, as advised text a 2 hour slot and rang ahead to confirm in the area ETA 20 minutes. Really polite and pleasant guys gave advise on the mattress knew their facts unwrapped the mattress and took away the polythene the entire visit to take one mattress and put the new mattress on the bed took 20 minutes a great. experience.

Good service right the way through
The young lady who served us was very helpful, knowledgeable & was really patient while I decided what I wanted. She offered all extras & also able to give me a little discount which was helpful.
The delivery guys were great too, again patient whilst we got the level of the bed right for me to be able to get in & out of.
