Happy outcome
Service was good (left us to it) with some helpful advice as we were just after a mattress for our 10 yr old. Would have been good to know if there were other possibilties available. However one chosen is proving popular.

Only went in to have a look....
Me and my husband went to have a look at a possible new mattress as our Emma one had sagged in the middle and was causing me a lot of back pain. Literally only went with the intention of looking and getting an idea on what type of mattresses there were and price ranges. We were warmly welcomed as soon as we stepped inside but not in a pushy overbearing typical salesperson way at all. There were 2 members of staff that were both equally fantastic, the older gentleman that greeted us and introduced us to the dreams bed mapping experience and then the lady who took over and helped show us the mattresses to suit our needs. Both were exceptional in their level of service and friendliness as well as knowledge. Absolute credit to your company! We were looking to spend minimal-ish as possible and ended up spending over £1k on a new Dreams mattress, but it's absolutely worth every single penny! The delivery turn-around time was only a week as well which was fab. Our new mattress is beyond comfortable and I don't wake in anywhere near as much pain now!

We were met by Paul when we arrived, he was lovely, full of information and helped us decide what mattress and frame we needed..... Start to finish was great... No pressure either.... We went away, thought about things and went back when we arrived. We had the delivery team set up the bed, they were extremely fast and lovely.

2. The delivery of my new mattress and removal of my old. The delivery guys were great.
