First class service from entering the shop to receiving our mattress

Since my new mattress arrived I’ve had some really wonderful sleep !
Staff were very helpful and knowledgable - without being too fussy.
All paperwork completed very efficiently and the delivery went completely according to plan.
Would recommend this team !

I loved the fact you could choose your delivery date, and from there contacted regularly right up untill delivery.
Delivery men very nice and helpful and even took away the cardboard boxes ect.
And they covered their boots!.

From testing. Ordering to delivery. The experience was fantastic. The salesman was informative but not pushy, he took payment and organised delivery date with a smile.
The delivery men were also very pleasant and helpful. They made sure the mattress was delivered into the bedroom and took a photo. They were on time, wore overshoes and were very polite. Exceptional service xx

Visited the store at Shrewsbury twice looking for an ottoman bed base. On both occasions the staff who dealt with me, were nothing short of very helpful, friendly and professional.

From the moment we entered the store we found the staff to be very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable without being to much bother. Delivery and installation of the product was efficient, prompt and as detailed.

The mattress is lovely comfortable and I’m really happy with the comfort.

We went into dreams hospitality was great unmatched bought an ex show room bed and new mattress told we would have to wait a few weeks for this new bed. This was in October. We offer to go and pick the bed up got told it had to go to dreams in cardiff before it could be delivered as cardiff was the distribution centre for powys and surrounding areas so we waited. We got told all along it was because it was the bed wasn't in Cardiff it was now on cardiff and we ‘re still waiting a week later. we rang back today and got told it was because of the mattress and then got treated horribly by corporate. We then got told we had to wait till the 30th of December which they could not even promise then and coming from a business background its no way to run a multimillion pound business. Long story we have now cancelled the bed and taken out business else where and do not recommended Shrewsbury dreams at all in-fact no dreams at all.

Bas in the showroom was great but hats of to the two delivery guys from Liverpool who not only got our new super king up to the third floor but also took away our old one!

Excellent help and advice from Shrewsbury store staff. Lots of help with delivery. James and his son were great in delivering and assembling the bed.

Comfy with good storage.

Scott & Baz were beyond helpful, explaining the benefits to each mattress and recommending ones within our budget - Scott took all the time to help us choose the best one for us. We chose to purchase pillows & and duvet too. Scott contacted me to discuss delivery and made it clear and to fit around my times. Definitely recommend them both to help you choose your perfect mattress!!
