Excellent unrivaled service
Excellent service from an expert sales person who took us through the sleep matching process. It really worked, and helped us to identify the ideal bed. Sales rep really knew their stuff and made us welcome. When we walked into Dreams we hadn’t expected such a personalised and supportive experience- it was quite different to and far superior to other bed retailers and we had been to quite a few before trying Dreams.

Excellent customer service from the Brent Staples Corner team. The staffs were so experienced and great service from the beginning to the end. I’m so pleased with the products, I do not have anything to complain about at all. I will recommend dreams and will buy from them again.

I had such a great experience from dreams, from store to delivery, my anxiety levels was so high as I have had bad experiences with deliveries, but not a problem they didn’t moan about stairs, they were polite and efficient,

Every Dreams needs an Amira
Amira greeted me as soon as I entered the Staples corner store. The store was clean and well kept. Amira paid attention to what I needed and I didn't feel like she was selling me products for the sake of it. She gave me time and attention. Amira has great product knowledge and was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I have been to other bed stores and I feel very pressured to buy, hence why it took me over a year to finally go in to a store. Amira was patient and gave me all the time I needed. Amira offered me water and I got to try the mattresses that I was matched with for as long as I needed.

Sustained high-quality service
Sustained high-quality service from my in-store visit. Used the Sleepmatch machine and then Amira worked with me to understand my needs based off that indication. There was no pressure to get the machine's recommendation (incidentally the expensive brand), but rather focusing on my sleep needs as well as my budget.
