I have be suffering with joint and…
I have be suffering with joint and muscle pain for some time, and had come to the conclusion it was possibly my mattress causing some of it, whilst out shopping in Stevenage with time to spare, I popped into Dreams to just have a look, the young lady in the shop, wasn’t pushy and allowed me to browse. She did suggest I try the bed that assesses which mattress would be most suitable for my body type. I had a good idea of what I fancied anyway ,but gave it a go.
Then went home to ponder as a new mattress not being a cheap purchase needed to be right. I popped in a couple of days later and bought a Tempur mattress. Which to be fair was my original intention anyway.
All in all the shop experience and the delivery which was prompt and easy including disposal (£50) and recycling of the old mattress was an easy experience.
All in all a good service, and so far my body seems to like the new mattress, I now have a lot less joint pain.
So I am happy with my new purchase

Fantastic experience!
We had a fantastic experience with sales assistant Alex at Dreams in Stevenage!
He made our mattress & bed buying experience much easier than we thought it was going to be. We loved the sleep / bed machine & we found Alex to be friendly, knowledgable & he listened to what we wanted. Very impressed & we came away very pleased with the new mattress & bed we purchased.

Went like a Dream

40 night exchange works like a dream
Bought two mattresses, had to use the 40 nights exchange for one of them, nothing wrong with the mattress just not for me and the process was painless and efficient. Now have replacement mattress. First class service from dreams shop staff and delivery team

Friendly and helpful staff
The staff at the Stevenage branch were friendly and helpful. Infact Michael carried my mattress to the car for me. Rhonda was lovely to the two children I had with me and gave us all bottled water. I would definitely recommend.

Stevenage store experience was excellent
We shopped at the Stevenage store and went in for advice on a mattress to help with my back pain. Mehrnoush served us and she was helpful, attentive ans knowledgable and have some good advice on what I needed to help me sleep. Delivery is expected in just over 24 hours time and we only ordered 3 days ago. Great service.
