Larry was fantastic he helped me a lot to make the right decisions regarding the mattresses I bought for my new flat. He showed me various mattresses explaining all the details for each of them( materials used, synthesis, which one supports better its of the sleeping postures). He ran a test at the beginning with a special Dreams bed to find the best option for me based on my favourite posture and weight and encouraged me trying different mattresses and provided the best options to buy the mattresses of my dreams. He assisted with my finance form , delivery options and he did what was possible to get them asap. He gave me a generous discount and provided me with additional information regarding other products I might wish to purchase in order to make the right decision. He was very kind, approachable focusing on human needs and comfort. Larry is very precise double checked that we have the right products in the basket. Very professional! I am very pleased!

Atif was very helpful and showed us many options according to our needs. We were able to try multiple mattresses and he offered pillows to make the experience more comfortable. We were offered water or coffee/tea several times througout our visit. Once we decided the best option for us, Atif informed us about their delivery options and timing. Overall a great purchasing experience.

Horrible horrible service from the moment that you got my money everything went bad!!!! I just found out by going to the shop that my mattress delivery date got changed with a delay of a month. No one contacted me to confirm nothing!!!!
This is the worst experience I have gotten my hole life. I will post in any social media that Dreams has the worst customer service and they shouldn’t trust a word you guys say!

Very comfy bed and the staff were very helpful in helping us find the bed we needed.

Hamida (at the Tottenham Court Road store) greeted us warmly and assisted with professionalism and a friendly attitude. We were offered a refreshment and pillows to use to try out the beds. She did the sleep match test which was very interesting and informative.

There was a lack of communication after placing the order at the initial stage. Otherwise, the rest is progressing well. Waiting for delivery.
