The store were informative about their product but not too pushy
The delivery team were brilliant kept us up with when they would arrive. They were polite and friendly clean and efficient

The sales lady was very professional, attentive, knowledgeable, polite and patient . Nothing was too much trouble, she really assessed our needs and pointed us in the right direction. We were offered the ‘Sleepmatch’ assessment which we thought helpful. We were able to narrow down our choice and decided to make our purchase on the day of our visit based upon the quality of product and the customer service experience, we even received a cup of tea! I’m not an impulsive person but felt strongly that Dreams offered the whole package thus decided to buy on the spot. I’ve worked in retail management for 40 years, I thought this level of customer service was a thing of the past, not the case. We left your store excited about our purchase and was made to feel appreciated. Well done Dreams

Exceptional customer service from start to the finish with the delivery of my bed.

The assistant at Dreams in Truro was very helpful and informative, discussed our ideas and needs and gave us the opportunity to try out quite a few mattresses that, on the surface of it, met our needs. We struggled to decide between medium firm and firm, finally settling on a Sleepeezee Kew inner-spring mattress which was rated as firm. We definitely did not want a memory foam mattress, having had two previously which we had ended up sending back under guarantee. Now having tried the Kew mattress for a few weeks, it has given us both the best sleep we have had in ages. Thanks Dreams

Looking to buy in Truro store not online , so much choice we needed guidance.

Arrived on time, good communication from the delivery team and they managed to get the item up 3 flights of stairs without any problems.

Its The Delivery that was the problem .We cleared the single bed ready for the New Mattress .When it arrived by two men.My wife who has a bad heart like me asked nicely it they could put the mattress up stairs on the landing ready for me to put on the bed when i got home . "NO" they both said it costs extra to do that .
We were not told this in store just that if they took the old mattress away it would cost us money to do that .That is fair enough, but because of the delivery men just putting the mattress at the bottom of the stairs me and my wife had to struggle to get it upstairs .We are both 64 years old and both not in good health .The two delivery men could have took in upstairs for us .Bad service from them .Brilliant in store by the way. Dreams let down by the delivery men .We did not ask them to put it on the bed only on the landing.Just one question if they go to flats and use the stairs do they charge them .I will be thinking hard and long before buying off Dreams again in the future if ever. You let us down Dreams.

Helpful staff and kept informed re delivery

Very polite and professional. The lady who served us took the time to make sure we had the right mattress, by putting my husband on a bed to know which mattress was the best for him. The delivery was done by two young lads, who was also very polite and professional. The mattress is excellent. Thank dreams.

We visited the Dreams store in Truro whilst away for a few days.

We needed new beds so headed in, we were greeted by Victoria who was nothing but outstanding. She let us browse the store but was on hand for any questions, she was very knowledgeable about all of the products and gave excellent advice.
Victoria is the reason we made our purchase.
