We went into a dreams store to test out mattresses, we used the sleep match machine, it was really informative and from the data given we were shown lots of mattresses that would suit. The sales person was lovely and so helpful. We chose a less expensive mattress that Dreams makes themselves and I haven't regretted it. We're months down the line now and it's the most comfy sleep I've ever had. I would really recommend going into the store and using the sleep match machine, and can't fault Dream's own range. Delivery was really quick and we we're kept up to date really well with delivery details.

My purchase from Dreams is excellent a very comfortable mattress and Tempur pillow. I would recommend to others.

My bed arrived on the promised day and time. It was well packed and in new condition. The delivery driver was polite and friendly.

We went to dreams after looking online for a new bed, but also needed a new mattress which we needed to try before we brought. On arrival myself, partner and our 2 year old were greeted by Gareth and asked what we were looking for and he couldn’t have done more for us. He recommended we use the sleep match test, which was great! We were offered teas multiple times and the knowledge Gareth had of the different products was extensive. More than anything, I was impressed with both gents at the store in regards to our little boy, he was very excited to be bed shopping and he was running around having so much fun and the gents did not mind one bit, one of them even gave him a little abc book to have a look at. Shopping with a toddler can be anxious at times due to how you think others will react to a hyper child but they could not have been more understanding and entertaining for him, engaging with him too which as a parent is so important and valued to me. Thank you very much Gareth, we will 100% be returning in the future.

I was really impressed with the service I received at the Waterlooville branch of Dreams yesterday.
The young lady who served me was very knowledgeable and suggested the Sleep Match machine, which I accepted. She then showed me the options available based on the results.
Excellent from start to finish.

Really friendly and professional team, couldn’t have done more to help me. Found exactly what I wanted in 3 minutes, and order complete within a further 5. I will be back!

Great service from Jaz, helpful but not pushy. Came home to measure up and decide on options we discussed then telephoned and placed my order with Jaz, nice and easy with no hassle. Happy

Disgusting service! Was sold a medium mattress even though the the sleep tester recommended firm, was told the medium was like a firm. Gave my husband back ache, phoned and arranged a replacement under their sleep guarantee. Arrived to collect today and replace today, we took the mattress down the stairs, stairs are tight impossible not to get a few superficial marks on it bringing it down, drivers refused to take it because of marks and give me my new one. (They say they need to be able to re sell it, and would have to clean it, I would of thought they'd do that anyway!) Apparently they wrap and bring the old mattress down, I had no idea, Customer Services didn't tell me, I thought it was my job to bring it down, would love them to have saved me the job, when the original was delivered it was just left in the passage.
Somebody is suppose to call me from customer services but hasn't, I would not recommend buying from this company, am absolutely fuming

We were delighted by the whole experience. We entered the store knowing only that we wanted to buy a bed, and confused by the range on offer. We left 2 hours later, very satisfied with the bed we bought, and wit the help we received to come to that decision. If we are honest, we paid a little more than we were planning to, but happy to do so.

I was really impressed with the level of service I received. The salesman listened to my requirements and offered only items that met my needs. He explained the features and benefits clearly with no hard upsell. I am really happy with my purchase.
