We have been looking for a new mattress…
We have been looking for a new mattress for quite a while but when we went to the dreams store we had a totally different experience. From the way we were looked after and the bed measuring experience, to the variety of choices we had. From start to finish what had seem to be a struggle and a chore so far ended up being a pleasurable experience

We went to Dreams to look at replacing our old bed.
We went to Dreams to look at replacing our old bed 10years plus. We looked around the showroom and an assistant suggested we try a test bed for comfort. This bed measured us up for best comfort and suggested firmness etc.
We chose our new bed and a date was agreed for delivery including disposing of our old bed.
The new bed arrived on the agreed date and time. The delivery guys were great, recovered the old bed and installed the new bed in just over 35 minutes.
We have found the new bed very comfortable. Well done.

Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service , we were offered tea and coffee , the store manager in Watford spoke to us and understood what we wanted , he directed us to a wonderful assistant who’s name I can’t remember now ! They were very helpful. Mattress are brilliant. Thank you so much
