Staff were helpful, and yet gave time to ourselves and other customers to look at the range of what was available and refine our choice. We were served by Amrick.
We explored the quality, options and prices for beds and mattresses, available material and colour of the bed base and a headboard of our choice to match.
We were offered a coffee. When we sat down with Amrick to sort out the financial details, again it was relaxed. We accepted a discounted pack of 4 Silentnight pillows as an addition to our order. We agreed an available delivery date that was convenient

Excellent service from start to finish…
Excellent service from start to finish - it took my mum and I 2.5 hours to choose a bed and two mattresses and the sales men there moved mattresses from one bed to another for my mum to try out and didn't try and rush us in any way. We both came away feeling we had made the right decision. Such a friendly service too :)

Great Customer Service
My partner and I needed a new bed and saw the sale advertised on TV. We wanted the mattress that keeps you cool. An assistant asked if we needed help and when we said what we wanted he immediately directed us to those mattresses and we could test them.
He was very helpful and in the end we got the whole divan, mattress, assembly and recycling with a discount. We will get it in 2 weeks time. I have used Dreams in the past and will definitely use again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

I'd been looking for a good quality mattress for a while and saw a few which were very expensive big brand names. I was shown around the store by Emma to try and find something suitable, and I found a couple that were still on bank holiday sale. Really good, firm with just the right amount of comfort. I've been missing my sleep fit a while so I'm going this is the one for me

King size mattress is comfy
The staff were brilliant and very helpful. I told them what kind of king size mattress I wanted as I suffer from sciatica. I’ve had this mattress for a year now, and I haven’t suffered from sciatica since. The price was reasonable. And delivery was on time. The only downfall was that they charge extra to actually take it in your room and that they don’t take the old mattress with them.

Excellent customer service throughout
Excellent customer service throughout, shop staff were knowledgeable friendly and helped massively with our purchase of our outstanding new mattress. Delivery staff were equally as impressive (Steve and his partner?) and were clean tidy workers and in and out in no time. All in all an excellent experience.

Our visit to Dreams was productive and painless. We were paid attention to, all in a friendly & welcoming manner. We ordered the items we wanted in a pretty short timeframe and things were never "oversold" in any way.

A great night's sleep.
From the customer service in the shop to the delivery and now the sound nights sleep we are both experiencing.
