Greeted by salesman who was very considerate with my mums disability. Explained everything thoroughly and demonstrated the storage area. We were explained about the guarantee which we decided was a good option.

Sales assistant Harry at Dreams Gloucester has excellent knowledge of mattresses and beds. He found a mattress he thought I would like from their storage area at the back of the store. He brought it out, unpacked it and let me try it on one of the bed frames. He got it spot on and so I made the purchase straight away. I’ve been looking for ages, but nothing felt right until this mattress. Very pleased with his outstanding service.

I knew exactly what I wanted so my purchase took minutes to complete. The lady that served me was very pleasant and helpful. Just annoying my great sleep will be on hold for 5 weeks as that was earliest delivery date . Would definitely shop here again

We were greeted as soon as we stepped though the door by a very helpful and knowledgeable young man, Connor.
It has been a long time since we bought a new mattress, and so it was quite mind blowing. The test bed helped us to decided on which type of mattress to purchase, and with Connors help we got there. Just waiting for it to arrive.

Good advice given and I didn’t feel pressured to buy. Given plenty of time to check out possibilities.

Extremely friendly staff, who greeted us immediately and asked all the relevant questions with regard to our requirements. Left us to make decisions, albeit on hand to ask for guidance where required. Very knowledgeable and showed a genuine desire to give excellent customer service.

We visited the Chester store to buy a new mattress. The staff were great, we were advised to try the bed simulator and from that we were then given a range of mattresses to try. We were not put under any pressure to buy a certain type, Graham, who served us was great, he just explained what the difference was and let us choose which one we preferred. Everything that was included in the cost was explained, and we were given a good deal on the mattress we purchased. Very happy!

James Wagstaff was excellent .
We only went into Dreams to browse . No intention of buying a bed there n then . But having seen the Sophie Conrad range I was sold . James explained everything and provided me with a quote while I measured the size I have at home to fit the bed . I phoned later that afternoon and ordered . It coukdbt have been easier . Great customer service !
