I like shopping at Dresslilly. There has never been problems when I shop at Dresslilly. If a small issue should happen, their customerservice will provide their help, and resolve the issue very quickly.

I live in Maine and for our 20th anniversary my husband and I were heading to the Caribbean for 2 weeks. I didn't have or need nice swimsuits here but I knew I would there. I found two suits that were cute, full coverage and not overly expensive. The first one arrived and I was extremely pleased but my other one was on back order. I was really hoping it would come on time as I knew I would need two. The second one came a couple weeks later and that one was even better than the first!

They both fit beautifully, thick high quality material and they were comfortable. The true test came when we went on vacation and I could not believe how well they fit, even wet. They held up to all the swimming and snorkeling we did. I was able to rotate between them each day. The best part as when women came up to me asking where I had bought my swim suit because it was perfect for being active on the beach and in the water plus it looked awesome!

If I could I would give them a 0 star rating. My mother ordered this galaxy plus size hoodie as one as my Christmas gift on December 11th. She selected the 4-5 day shipping (thinking it would be here in time for Christmas). We waited and waited. I emailed the girl to get my answers, it took her FIVE DAYS to reply. After waiting for more than a month, it finally came today. I opened it and took it of the package, it looked too small (I ordered it in an xxxl but the gave me an xxl just in case it shrunk) but I just tried it on to make sure that it wasn’t a illusion and it did actually fit, and it was too small and my belly hangs over it (and I’m a little curvy and when I put this on it made me hate my body even more than I already do). Never buying from this company ever again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. i ordered a coat from dress lily over 2 years ago. they took my money, never received the product. could never get anyone on the phone, just a few emails stating that the package was en route. complete BS. plain and simple, this company is a scam.

I have untypical body shape and buying a swimming suit has been a nightmare for me since forever. I doubt it that it is possible to buy one without trying at least five models in five different boutiques. Guess what, I was pleasantly surprised. My new swimming suite from Dresslilly was made for me. Do not have prejudices about buying swimming suits online.

The company misleads customers. It offered a discount code for first time buyers, but it could only be used on regular priced items. However, almost all the items on the site were on sale, making the code useless. After sales support is very difficult to get, which means if you have a problem with your order, you are out of luck. If purchasing from Canada, duties apply. Although it appears the item is a great buy - it isn't once you pay the duty. The quality isn't that great. I will not shop from Dresslilly again.

Be carefull with the sizes, read the chart thouroughly and everything will go nicely, I had little to no issue with them and their customer support is very nice.

Forget it! I bought a shirt don't believe I will see the shirt or my money again! Don't know why something is not done about people like this. Sad!

Dresslily is great site I'm totally satisfied with the prices and items I'd recommend the site to anyone

I received an email that my order shipped still have not received it. My daughter really wanted this item for Christmas very disappointed. Sent an email no response

I ordered a shirt for a holiday party and paid for rush shipping (3-7 days) to make sure it arrived in time for the party. The item showed it shipped 14 days ago and the status of the shipment has not changed. Customer service refuses to respond about when I can expect the item, what happened that it didn't arrive, when I can expect the rush shipping fee to be returned, or when I can apply for a refund for the lost package.
This company can not be trusted. They are fraudulent! Spend a bit more elsewhere, Dress Lilly does not deliver.

I paid for expedited shipping and not only was it late, but the quality is TERRIBLE. The sizing is way off and the printed images on the front are already crumbling and falling off. What a waste of money. Lesson learned. Always read the reviews first.

I had ordered a wig for a Halloween cosplay in early October. I waited and waited, but I still haven’t received my order! I’m pretty p*ssed, considering the wig had the ‘priority shipping’ title, and I really thought it would come faster. I had tried to track it but it was all in Chinese (of course), and trying to translate it wasn’t any help. I guess I’ll just see if it comes in by Christmas, maybe then it’ll count as a Christmas present. :’)

Fast shipping, but the quality of goods is very week.

A lot of people seem to have negative experiences with Dresslily- but for me it’s always been great. The only issue I have is the fact it takes so long to be delivered when it should only take 7-10 days. The things you can get on the website are pretty cool and anything I’ve ordered has been comfy and a lovely fit. And I’m in the plus size department!
So basically, for me, this site has been great. But you should know it takes a while for clothes and items to be delivered to you and sometimes it’s a bit of a pain in the bum as you’ve paid for your things but have to wait weeks to get them.

Fed up of waiting for items 2 month ...lets hope i can get my money back as they are not needed now

You get what you pay for quality wise. If you want amazing quality stuff, don't expect to pay minimal prices!

But not bad for what I paid for though, it was as expected. The customer service was great, very polite and quick to respond. Delivery was pretty prompt after the exchange of emails as well. So no real fault here!

I already posted a review per the request of Dresslilly they then emailed me asking me to change my rating from a 2 star to 4 star and to delete what I said about wish.com and Zulily having a better resolution method for items never received than this company did and I have screenshots to prove it and an email. I'm appalled by this request. I refused to comply stating what I stated was true and I would Not change it.
