Great Customer Service
So far I have placed three orders with Dresslily, and have received two. Overall I am pleased with what I have received. I had one pair of pants that were defective, and was immediately given a refund. I am awaiting my third order. Shipping does take a long time, but I am generally satisfied with the products and service from Dresslily and will shop again. there is a wide selection and great prices.

I don't think I've ever had such a frustrating experience!
I shop on several different websites - mostly my favorite 2, but I have tried a few other including red dress boutique, venus, and Boston Proper. I kept getting Emails from Dress Lilly so I decided to try it. I found a couple cute tops and tried to order them but they declined my Discover card. I thought well maybe they don't take Discover, so I tried my Visa - it was declined, so I tried to go on their chat online since they don't have a phone number. Well, it would not let me post anything without an order # (duh, I couldn't place the order). At this point I am glad I didn't place the order especially after reading the reviews. BTW my credit cards have much higher limits than the amount I was trying to order.
Refund
So I got a hold of dresslily company and they are refunding my money into my account I will be sending the products back overall they are pretty good company this is the first time I had to things that are not done right but they got back to me with no problem and gave me a refund.thank you
Bad Knockoffs
I bought my gf a dress from this site. The pictures looked great and the price was awesome, but what I got in the mail was a poor representation of the pictures online. YMMV, but be aware and remember that it costs what it costs for a reason.
Frustrating dealing with this company and their website
They sent me the wrong item back in December and i'm still trying to deal with it. They keep asking for more information and the last time i tried to respond the message will not go through. It tells me that the question has been deleted even though it still shows on my account. I tried to send another message through their support page and now it tells me the verify code is incorrect. I tried to resend multiple times to no avail.
