Scam. Products not as pictured, or marketed. Absolute garbage and they will not take returns. They refunded 15% of what I paid. And it took forever.

I agree with Emma Hicks , my experience was exactly the same , but unfortunately PayPal was no help for me I am still fighting for a refund or at least an address I could send these items of rubbish back , I am amazed that something hasn’t been done to stop this scam , PayPal should be looking after all of us that use them , I feel so alone in my fight against these vile scammers , my daughter and myself have lost at least £200 to the scammers and PayPal have helped neither of us , I feel my statutory rights mean nothing to the scammers or to PayPal , do not buy from this company , I intend to keep fighting for a refund , or at least get this company off the web , I will seek legal advice on this , good luck to all of you in your fight .

BAD BAD BAD! Buyers beware of this company that advertises on social media; for me it was on Instagram. I ordered 3 shirts. After 3 weeks of no items and no contact from the company I lodged a claim via PayPal. That’s when things went to hell; the people from Indiefit, also known as Dress Fashion, Mittyo and Matovas started contacting me and firstly tried to waive any issue, stating that I needed to allow for different sizing and designs! A long hard slog of emails between PayPal, myself and the buyer endured. They tried to negotiate a refund for me of just $18 (i paid $125)... I flatly refused and asked for a returns address for a full refund as they had sent me items that were significantly different to advertised (they described the fabric as cotton, it was a cheap satin cotton polyester), and they were fraudulently advertising items they could not provide.
Indiefit kept telling me it would cost too much in postage for me to return the items. And they would not cover postage costs. But I persisted when they offered me a final refund amount of half my order cost.
They then provided me with an address in Dubai to return the items.
I then went back to PayPal with this information and they immediately acted advising I would receive a full refund if I returned the items back to CHINA!
This is where red flags really started flying around ...... I started researching these companies to find so many bad reviews talking of experiences just like mine.
If I had not paid with PayPal I do not believe I’d have had the result of a full refund and postage refund.
These people are taking advantage of people. Please be warned, and if you see ads on Instagram; flag them as a scam. This organisation of people are professionally scamming buyers.

it does not even deserve a star. It was absoluty pathetic that I could not return my item that I bought... They offered mem $3 in return for a $75 dress. They were rude to me when I told them I wanted to return my item and told me I need to look at the sizes of my product. The dress fit me but it is not what it looked like on the pictures 100% will never do business with this company again.

Would given negative stars these people are scammers who will do anything but help you. They have a “return policy” that they will not honor and asked me if I would accept $4 instead of returning? I eventually gave up after emailing 20+ times begging for a return address but did not get anywhere because they are frauds

I had the same experience as others here. Won’t respond to my request to return. Clothes too small and very cheap. Frustrating.

My daughter ordered a dress and it is not correct. She contacted them for return and keeps getting the runaround. Every time, it’s a new person, etc, etc. Please don’t support them!

Clothes are not true to size, too small and I can't get my money back or a return address to send this stuff back. I've filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.

BUYER BEWARE AND STAY AWAY

I have been trying to return items for 2 months. I will not let this go. I have contacted them over 20x for their address and they refuse to provide it. The measurements and pictures do not match the items they sent and I am trying to send everything back. I tried disputing this with Paypal as well but they are not honoring the dispute either. Occasionally, someone will reply and ask if I would be willing to compromise and take $40 refund and keep the items. Uh what? No. I spent $352 based on their positive reviews on pictures and I pretty much got scammed. I have never been so frustrated before trying to get ahold of someone.

They told me that I have to take a picture of the measurements of the dress to show a discrepancy between the size guide and the dress. I researched their website before purchasing and that is not what their website says. Their website says:
"If for any reasons you decide the items you received are not right for you, they can certainly be returned for a full refund or exchange."

"Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise which is returned because buyer bought the wrong size or wrong color or because they don’t like the product."

These statements are false because they are not allowing me to return unless there is a discrepancy between the size guide and the dress.

I’d like to give zero stars if I could. I had the exact thing happen to me with trying to make a return. I was getting prewritten responses that only responded to some of what I emailed, you could tell they weren’t really reading the emails. When I finally got them to say I could return, they told me it couldn’t be worth it because the shipping is so expensive,it probably won’t get to them in time anyways and would most likely get lost in the mail so I should just keep the items and donate them- REALLY? I’m still going around and around with them and they won’t give me an address to return to to even price out if it I would be worth it to return. Just know- they DO NOT do returns, the website says they do, but they are doing everything in their power to make sure I dont return it.

Scam!! Ordered items and couldn’t get a hold of them to return.

Also they filter their reviews on their website to only show 5 stars

I bought items from this website. The items are cheap made and I tried to contact company over 20 times with email and reaching out on Facebook and Instagram with no luck getting refund/return information. The company's policy list on their website says you can return items if you pay shipping. The problem is they will not send you any information for return. They give you the run around, almost like they are mocking you. "Will you accept a $5 refund, or will you accept a $20 refund. No I spent $240. I can get no help from anyone. Very dissatisfied customer.
