Item Never Shipped and Poor Customer Service

I placed an order 10 days ago, and it still has not shipped. They had no problem taking my money immediately, however.

This company (and I use that term very loosely) doesn't know the meaning of customer service. I sent them three emails, and they haven't responded once. I was cordial and did not use any foul language in my emails either. Yesterday I asked them to cancel my order.

Why are some companies like this? I just don't get it. They shouldn't be in business. They certainly will never get any more business from me.

Paid an extra $9.99 for 1-3 day…

Paid an extra $9.99 for 1-3 day shipping. Ordered 12/17 and the order never reached to post office until 12/24. Once it was finally mailed, I did receive it quickly but extremely disappointed that it took a week to get it shipped.

I am only docking one star because…

I am only docking one star because there was some confusion on the free shipping amount during my purchase ($50 vs $59.) I had no real interaction with the company or their customer service but I did receive my order in full. I have recently noticed an uptick in political spam/phishing scams in my email however I recently registered with a few shops so I would not be quick to blame this company for that but I would like to know how that happened. In short I would like to shop here again but it would be nice if the free shipping amount were slightly lower. They have a very nice selection of Juul compatible pods if that is what you are in the market for and some of the best prices. One I would recommend to cigar lovers, would be the Fuma Cubano based on flavor alone. I can't speak to the performance of the pod as of yet but this one seemed to be a flavor a cigar smoker would love. I was hoping for a vanilla tobacco pod which if anyone reads this we may see. While we're at, how have I not seen an iced coffee pod yet?
