Poor business practice !

Not happy with this company at all , My first & last order ever ! They sent me the wrong item . I wonder how many times this has happened to other people ? My belief is that they didn’t have what I ordered in stock & sent me an item that they did have , in hopes that I would break the shrink wrap , open the package & void the return policy . Well I wasn’t born yesterday ! I just mailed the item back for a full refund . You’ll never gain trust being dishonest ! ! !

Not worth it

So I paid extra for 2 day shipping... didn't matter, it took almost a week for the damn thing to ship out. And the flavor was not as described and tastes like stale menthol cigarettes
